H&R block is not upfront about their fees and they are extremely high. You are better off going to a local tax professional then being blindsided by this company. As someone who normally files myself and had mostly straight forward taxes this year, I paid close to $600! And this was me showing up with all my documents the day of my appointment and being able to finish my appointment within the one hour block. The price was insane and plus it was never discussed with me. It was no where near the price point that they list online. Take your money and go somewhere else.

We received prompt, courteous, professional service. We appreciated the fact that we didn't have to wait past our appointment time. Our preparer was very polite and made us feel like valued customers. The overall process was pleasant. We will continue to use H&R Block yearly!

Always fast, efficient and friendly. No reason to ever go anywhere else. After all you don't change doctors because of a coupon.

Would recommend anyone to file with H&R! Never had a problem with them or a doubt in my mind that my taxes were being done properly! My agent was informative and helped explain things that other tax professionals would not. She made it easy to understand and I felt confident that I wasn’t being ripped off!
