I dropped off my pants to get starch. And somehow they lost one pair of jeans. It’s been two weeks and they still haven’t given me an answer or any updates of where my pants are!! Bad service and experience!

Had a king comforter and according to them they lost it. Then they don't want to pay for it. They act like it was your fault. Someone took it.

I have a been long time customer service has been great up until recently customer and quality have been horrible I pants starched with wrinkles i them after Requesting and paying for extra heavy starch… manager Gustavo Castro couldn’t be any ruder I after his employees lost my pant and hasn’t been the first time… last Time they found my missing items with in minutes this time he asked for a description of my missing pant… which I gave the his employee at store 6. Apparently wasn’t enough because now I have to take time out of my day to give a written description which is pointless I think what the purpose of the bar codes holiday cleaners puts on each piece of clothing ?

Honestly Unreal, today was the SECOND time they’ve lost my jeans. Just gone completely. Dropped them off for starch (both times) and they’ve asked me to “fill out a form” both times. If I could put zero stars I would. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Used for wash and fold. I'm not impressed. Had to refold everything. Clothes were wrinkled and looked almost like they were just rolled up. I don't even care that you all didn't fold our undergarments, but come on! For what we paid for maybe 2 loads of laundry, you should have done better. Don't ya have someone that checks this stuff?
