BEWARE: I took my jacket to be dry cleaned. I went in to pick it up and it was damaged. Huge white spots all over it. It was red, no white any where on it. The staff working behind the counter asked me to fill out a paper with name, address, where I bought the coat, and how much I paid. She said the manager would call me in a day or two and would tell me what they were going to do. I waited 5 days, didn't hear a thing. I called and was told the manager would call next day which he did. I was told sorry nothing they can do. Stated they dipped the coat in cold water and hung it to dry and some how the damage occurred and they are not responsible! My husband went to the cleaners to try and talk to the manager but he was no where to be found. The staff working called a different store manager so my husband could speak to him and that manager told staff they could do nothing and since my husband asked for the jacket to be returned she was told to charge us for the cleaning. Seriously. They have lost my business for good!
