If I could leave no stars I would. This particular Holiday Cleaners burned a ROTC coat I brought to them. The coat was cleaned improperly and this also caused the seams to separate. When I spoke to the "owner" Gus he was extremely unprofessional, and rude and blamed me for their mess up. They refuse to own up to their mistakes, and fix them. I would never recommend Holiday Cleaners in San Angelo. Go to the Dry Clean Super Center, they are amazing.

This is hands down the best dry cleaning business in town. They remove stubborn stains, sew buttons, patch torn shirts. I don't go anywhere else but this location.

I have been a customer for several years and rarely had issues, until recently. I took in new uniforms that had never been worn along with older uniforms. My old uniforms did not have wrinkles taken out and had 2 creases on each sleeve.one new shirt returned with 3 stains. I have told them previously about the same issues and spoke with the GM Gus about the issues and he blamed my uniforms and didn't make any effort to keep my business. This has been a problem my last three visits. I will no longer be a customer.

I was a loyal customer of Holiday Cleaners until I recently had a shirt damaged (blue ink on a pink shirt). The issue was that the owner (Gus) was very upset when I completed the shirt damage form due to the price that I stated for the shirt. The shirt was a Pink Ralph Lauren Purple Label Collection that cost $475. My reason for purchasing the shirt was the quality in addition to having a family member survive cancer. Mr. Gus stated that he has never heard of a Ralph Lauren Polo costing that much. I did state that the shirt was around (6) months old & I did not expect them to reimburse the total cost of a (6) month old shirt. After a few weeks I received a check for $60. I personally think that was a lowball reimbursement. Hopefully Mr. Gus has now completed some research into the Ralph Lauren Purple Label collection and will also become more aware of different brands that are a bit more expensive than normal. As a result I have prompted myself to Ex-Customer and now patronize his competitor down the street.

Had a string to my hood get lost under their care and GM just told me sorry about my luck! And that it was Ralph Lauren's fault that it happened!
