Update (09/12/2024) - Our furniture was delivered and wow! Not only are we in love with the product but the service provided was exceptional! Rich and Andrew (if I spelled their names wrong my apologies) were awesome! We will request them for our next purchase. Awesome job all around to all those who were involved and we thank you all!

New almost exactly what I wanted,had been on- line looking at inventory weeks prior to store visit.but I had to go in Haverty’s to look at my two choices.Norfolk couch ,beautiful by the way.But when I saw the Gianna curve couch that was pretty much it for me .Done shopping!Exactly like it was on the website.Had Sergio write it up and order it for me .picking it up in the middle of the week .Great buying experience ,Sergio gave me time by myself to make up my mind after giving me some info on the two couches.And there you go folks easy best buying experience ever .
