I use curbside pickup at least 1-2 times a week, but lately they have been messing up my orders and it has been a hassle to get them fixed. Hopefully they improve but HEB in general is great and I like their groceries.

I suppose the employees turn into pumpkins after 9pm? No one is capable of answering the phone? And if the baggers/cashiers failed to put an item you purchased and paid for in your own bag you conveniently brought in the store. It is tough shopping luck?!? What say you HEB?
