Levi and his team did a wonderful job preparing our conventional mortgage that was refinanced from a construction loan. We appreciated the ease of submitting documents online and being walked through the process with educational videos, emails, and tasks. Our closing was so simple, and it was undoubtedly because of the time and effort taken by Levi and his team during the process.

Recommended to by a friend and am very happy that I was. Levi is friendly and patient.He broke down the whole loan process in a way that was easy to understand; what to expect for each fee and why you were paying for them (or asking the seller to pay for), and answered every dumb question I had, and there was probably a good amount since I was a first time buyer and had absolutely no idea how loans even work.Levi was there from start to finish, from calling me up the day I got serious about getting the loan to have an in-person meeting to explain the parts of the loan, to even being at the signing for the house! (my realtor asked him to go in his place since he couldn’t make it himself).And I can still ask him for advice even after everything’s all said and done!Overall, Levi Calhoun is a reliable guy who knows his stuff.Highly recommend!

Levi is an amazing person to have in your team. He is patient and willing to teach you the process. He goes beyond his job duties to make sure you are taken care of. As I signed for my home I felt like I left with a new friend. I refer all my family and friends to him and will use Levi in the future.

Levi and his team made the home buying process seamless! They were quick to respond and were always just a phone call, text, or email away. Answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. He showed up at closing day also to double check I had everything that was needed. I appreciate all the work they put into making sure everything went smoothly!

Process was quick and simple. We were told what was happening every step of the way and we were able to do almost everything from home. Levi and team answered all questions honestly as they came up. I even sent my mom to Levi knowing she would be in good hands. Overall great experience!

Levi made the experience of being a first time home buyer very easy and very understandable!
