The location within the Sunset Mall is horrible. Employees have attitudes and poor customer service. They hold shoes for who they want to save them for and the raffles are the same way. There isn’t any competition other than Hibbets who has a worse selection of shoes and clothes. Crazy thing is that nothing will happen to resolve the issues. They don’t lace shoes for customer try-ons and withhold shoe sizes when asked. Horrible all around.

Awful experience!!
The wife and I were out shopping for new shoes and clothes. We walk into Finish Line and there was about three employees working and one other customer shopping. One was stocking shoes right in front of the entrance. I know she at least saw us but no one greeted us. That was already a red flag. We were in there for 5-7 minutes and still no one came up to us and asked if we needed assistance, which is another red flag. We decided to spend our money somewhere else that had better customer service. We will no longer shop at this store.

Great service!!!I believe the manager is a girl named Jennifer and her team are always so helpful and great with my kids...we always go back to finish line because of the way they treat us!!!very satisfied customers ??
