They are purposefully understaffed to make their workers have to work their butts off for minimum wage and keep up with cleaning, stocking, running the registers in a horrible environment. You would think that the management would keep the store at a decent temperature for the customers and to extend food shelf-life. But it feels like they're more interested in making their workers suffer.

I was shopping at this Family Dollar store a few weeks ago with another shopper and the so-called manager came over and began dropping "F-BOMBS" (I think her name is Maria - the Latina with straight blonde hair). She accused us of stealing, which I WAS NOT. I told her that she was mistaken and she continued to CUSS AT ME and threatened to call the Police! Since then, this so-called manager has refused to allow me in the store. She has a BAD ATTITUDE and has NO BUSINESS dealing with the general public. I encourage Dollar General Corporates to pull the security footage and witness exactly what did go down. PS- Blondie needs to go! What kind of 'Family' would want to shop at a store with a vulgar and foul-mouthed employee?
