Attempted to use my dollar general app with all my coupons and Saturday $5 off $25. All other coupons worked except for the $5 off. The two workers were not helpful and didnt seem concerned. They stated that it has happened to multiple people several Saturdays in the past. Disappointed in the lack of effort to come to a solution other than not giving me the discount I clearly showed them on my phone app. Usually these folks are always nice and helpful but today was just a different experience.

The manager Is rude and seems very racist. The whole time i was there she was just complaining about everyone and everything.

This Dollar General is a dirty nasty trashy store. There's product laying all the floor. The manager needs to retrained as well as the District Mgr to allow the store to look this way. They should both be ashamed.
