I enjoy going to Cvs college hills location due to store Manager, the Pharmacist, and team members. They always greet you with kindness and willing to go above and beyond to help you. If you lucky you'll find some great clearance items.

This CVS is a great store. All of the employees are friendly. The pharmacy staff work very hard to meet all customers needs. The pharmacist, Gabe, goes the extra mile to help his customers. Recently, my family and i were headed to Colorado when I discovered that I didn't have any blood pressure pills. He went out of his way to make sure I could get BP med. at a pharmacy 40 miles away. I really appreciate him and his staff.

This store needs an overhaul. It looks old, their product options are limited, and the prices are too high (but that's true across the board for all CVS locations). The only time I shop here is when CVS emails the rare 40% off one item coupon to me. I'll go get one item and nothing more.

I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes when picking up my scripts, which I love. Sometimes my medications aren’t ready on time is the only complaint here. Otherwise, I love the pharmacy staff :)

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Told I needed new script even though my script is current. Wanted to use a coupon for brand name med instead of paying more for the generic. Said their system wouldn't let them do it. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.
