I went there a couple of months ago and for the first time with a complaint about how my phone is not working properly. I hesitated writing a review because I always give someone a second chance before I give them a bad review and now they deserve this. I asked the guy working there ( same guy both times) that my phone was not giving me notifications for emails and missed calls and took forever to receive texts. I was first in line when they opened and he instead asked for the people who were there to pay their bill to come to front of the line! I immediately asked him why them first and he said that payments take priority over technical issues. That pissed me off. I jumped in front of the line and demanded he assist me first. I explained the problem and he said he had no idea what was wrong and that I should try googling it and see if I can fix it! That's not my job!! He said they don't have a tech on premises and when I asked what people do when they have technical issues and he just shrugged his shoulders. I decided to leave before I did something stupid. My phone has still not worked properly and my aunt has been having the same problems with same kind of phone and no one to help. I don't recommend cricket to anyone unless you have the money to keep buying new phones over and over.

I went to this location to pay on my cell phone bill yesterday at this location. An employee by the name of Isela did was sitting in the back room on a tablet was not interested in helping me. The tall male employee was busy helping a customer and said I'll be right with you. Then Isela finally comes up front looking around so I approached the counter to pay a bill and take out my license and she didn't was not hospitable she said PUT IN YOUR PINN. I don't know if she was having a bad day or was ready for her shift to end but her attitude for the entire transaction made me feel very uncomfortable as if my business meant no value to her. Employees like her should take a training class for customer service and what cricket business is trying to do to keep customers coming back not making customers wanting to go to another company for better service. My intentions was to upgrade my cell but being she could careless I didn't bother. I'll just go somewhere else.

Cricket wireless store located at 2769 S. Bryant 76903 has a huge turnover of employees . Some of the employees have excellent customer service skills and some not so much like Isela R. she can very unfriendly and rude as if she don't like her job. I wouldn't recommend no one to this location if Isela R.is still employed customers deserve better service than what she gives.

They scam people into believing they will give you a phone and cheap service but you end up pay a lot. If your with AT&T they won't help you whatsoever.

All I know is Joseph Castillo is such an amazing pple person! He's very knowledgeable about the cricket business and I really appreciated that! He answered all my questions and had a solution right off the bat to my problem!!! We switched to Cricket from Straight Talk because of their horrible customer service, and just switching took over two hours because Straight Talk had to approve everything on their end. Joseph, Alyssa, and Chachi at the South Bryant Cricket store stayed after hours to help us get it resolved. They were patient, professional, and friendly the whole time. I could tell they take pride in their work!
