Craftsman Hardwood Flooring personnel combine true professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. My hardwood floors needed repair because of pet accidents over the years.I did not want to chance the repair to any flooring establishment, since so many are not experts in wood floors. I called Craftsman and talked to Charlotte, who was an ideal customer service agent.In the follow-up on-site visit, her son and owner Matt, conducted a survey. I was truly impressed by his suggestions and assessment.In a few days Ian and the rest of the install crew including AJ and Josh completed the repairs, and I am so thankful I chose Craftsman.The company has won many prestigious awards from the NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) and has appeared in the association magazine.

Charlotte was an absolute dream to work with! We knew we needed to get rid of our ugly red wood floors but weren’t quite sure what would be the best look. She brought over samples & was able to find the perfect hardwood flooring for our home!Ian, Josh & AJ were fantastic, professional & did an AMAZING job installing the hardwood and making beautiful transitions into the other rooms. They showed up at the times they said they would and completed the floors in a timely matter ?They even give a cute little care box with a mop and felt pads for your furniture.10/10 would recommend this business to everyone!

We did a lot of research on flooring contractors, looking here in San Angelo, in Abilene, Fort Worth, Arlington and others. We finally decided that Craftsman Hardwood Flooring offered the highest quality flooring and exceptional installation. Ultimately, we decided on Montage European Oak, Portofino – Largo engineered hardwood.The quality of the floor and installation hasn’t disappointed. Matt and Charlotte were extremely helpful in assisting us in selecting the perfect floor. Ian, Josh and A.J. were meticulous in the install. The transition from the new wood floor to existing tile is amazing. We would do it again.

Matt and his crew did a wonderful job restoring our white oak hardwood floors. We had no idea that our floors could look so great and we couldn’t be happier! They helped us select the perfect stain and even sampled options on our floor so we could pick the perfect color. Their attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched. Charlotte made the quote process and billing easy for us. We will choose Craftsman Hardwood Flooring for our future flooring needs.

Just spent a couple of weeks with Ian, Josh and AJ. They did a great job. They were quiet, clean and made beautiful custom transitions from the hardwoods to the preexisting tile. It is even prettier than the samples.

We were referred by a friend to Craftsman Hardwood Floors and met Charlotte who helped us pick the right flooring for us. Matt suggested a nice touch to our door frames that makes them stand out. From start to finish the craftsman Ian, Josh and AJ were so personable and professional at the same time. We are totally blown away at the look of our floors. Craftsman Flooring removed outdated hardwood and tile flooring for us without creating the mess we''d experienced with other vendors in previous demolitions. Charlotte helped us select new hardwood floors that perfectly complimented our home's style. The installation was simply amazing. Great attention was given to details like wall edges, closets and room transitions. We could not be happier with our new floors and Craftsman's service. They deserve at least ten stars.

We were greeted with the best surprise when we found unfinished wood floors under the carpet in our new house’s master bedroom and closet. Matt and his team did an amazing job. They worked quickly and professionally, and left the room looking more beautiful than I could imagine!

I so enjoyed working with Matt when we built our house in 2021. We discussed different flooring options and he was able to give me pros and cons of each choice. I didn’t buy my floor from him but despite this he stored my floor for me until it was time to install. He showed up when he said he would, he finished when he said he would. He expects the highest standard from himself and his team and it shows. They are very professional and conscientious. I have since reached out to him with other questions and he has answered those in a timely manner. He was a complete breath of fresh air to work with him in the building project.

The Garcia’s did a great job with our floors. Removed old flooring, cleaning everyday afterwards. New floor is beautiful. One year later and we are still very happy and highly recommend.

Outstanding company! We knew we wanted hardwood floors but weren’t sure which one. They were SO helpful with choosing a floor that would look beautiful in our home.The whole tear out process was quick, I love that they are dustless so I don’t have to worry about breathing issues for my family, especially my children.Installation was so fast and so well done, WOW! I love our beautiful new floor! So much nicer and warmer than the tile and painted concrete that we had!Thank you Craftsman Hardwood Flooring!
