Notoriously these people have always been known in Angelo as being rude. Today they were willing to lose me as a client for $28. They fixed my chainsaw 2 months ago and the same thing broke the first project I used it on after that. They jumped through hoops to find where in there shop it says they only warranty the work for 30 days instead of just having a little customer service and letting me have my chainsaw back no charge.

I had an older chain saw that would not start so I took it Concho Power Equipment. They couldn't repair it due to a bad carburetor. They returned it to me and recommended i try Amazon to get the order a carburetor. After two attempts to get the carburetor, they stepped in and managed to find the correct carburetor. I feel they went above and beyond to get my chainsaw repaired.
Excellent and friendly service! I highly recommend this business for your chainsaw or mower service.

They always do a good job for me and their rates are reasonable. There is always a bit of a wait to get something repaired, but that is because they are busy and have a lot of equipment to repair. Concho Power Equipment is a local business that I have trusted for 30 years.

I brought my lawnmower in for minor repairs. Blade sharpening ,oil change an spark plug change. An had asked to check fuel lines aswell. There was a 6 week wait. That we had no issue with. Our lawnmower getting it back started one time. An never started again. This lawnmower would start with a simple easy pull of string before taking to them. Not sure wat rigging they done to it. To hopefully thinking we'd play the take back game to have them swindle some more buisness out of us or wat. I don't know wat to think . We will no longer use this place an surely do not recommend.

It’s hard to find good people in our small town that works on small equipment like chainsaws, lawnmowers ,etc. If you can find someone you might not see your mower again this summer. Concho Power is not one of these businesses. To start with they know what they are doing! Their charges are fair and most importantly, they will fix your problems before the summer ends! Good people here and I highly recommend Concho Powder Equipment!
