I have been a customer of the Bastrop location for over 10 years and the last several months the service has deteriorated a lot. Always been able to drop off by 9am and get after 5:30 but now that is only available when they feel like it. Again this morning I was there by 8 and told they were done taking same day service for the day. Time for a new cleaners to spend my $300 to $400 per month.

I had absolutely horrible experience with Comet Cleaners at 1800 Independence Pkwy McKinney location. I would avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible service.

comet deliberately lied to me. I asked if they could make an alteration by a certain day, and they promised me that they could, while knowing fully well that they would be closed on that day. Don't trust Comet, they are liars

San Angelo Bahlman. Clearly didn't clean my clothes and clearly didn't look at it before AND after it was pressed. 2 items had dirt that I could have brushed off with my nails. When I brought the clothes back, the white man on 19th street was NOT accommodating and was RUDE. The facility is run down and dirty. I won't use them again. Clearly there is neglect going on in the cleaners. I give this 0 stars.

I have given this place chance after chance and it's always the same disappointed customer service experience. Some people really should never own a business because it shows when there is no Love and passion for what they do. I'm guessing the Hispanic lady in the front is the owner? Her diminor is never friendly or happy to see you even though I've been there a few times. Just a condescending attitude in explaining things to you and always seems to be upset that someone interrupted her day. I feel bad for posting this but it is 100 percent truth and I hope this lady can somehow put a smile and a cheerful attitude together so that her business survive s.

Their only seamstress ruined both of my dress tops by putting holes in the sleeves where the rating badges are supposed to go. Not only did they rip holes in the sleeves, but in order to cover the holes the rating badges have to be sewn higher on the sleeve that is not within uniform regulations. Now I have to buy all new tops and I want to be reimbursed for the ruined tops.Service: Alterations

If I could give negative stars I would. Dropped off a comforter set to have cleaned, not dry cleaned. They proceeded to dry clean and completely ruin the entire set. Refused to refund the $80 fee they charged. When I went to pick it up, asked for the comforter set they ruined and were too cheap to refund, the owner proceeded out of his office, I told him to f*** off that I had nothing to say to him that I just wanted my ruined stuff so I could go. At which point he started refusing to give the set back, when he did decide to return, he assaulted me by shoving the ruined set that was in a box into my chest, got in my face, proceeded to agress me all the way to my car, staying no more than 6 inches away from my face as I continued to back up, fearing for my safety at that point. All while his employees recorded his continued aggression towards me. Avoid all bahlman cleaners at any cost.

I took a new white dress to be cleaned on a Wednesday morning. The clerk was kind and told me it would be ready that afternoon after 5:00 pm. I told her I would pick up on Thursday. I went on Thursday they could not find the dress. Another clerk asked if I could go to the 19th St. Location and I said, I will not be in that area. She left a note for another person to check. I had to call the 19th Street location they located my dress. They didn't know how I wanted my sleeves. They also had heavy strarch which I did not ask for. No one called to ask any questions. I finally got my dress at 5:00 on Friday. No discount and I was told I should be glad they found my dress. They lost this customer.

If you want your clothes to smell like pet grooming then this is the right place for you also it will take them 4 days to finish your wash f u comet cleaners
