Drove my granddaughter’s car through being covered in bugs. No one bothered to pre soak them, only guiding me into the wash unlike many others that will. Already had a sizable tip ready but put it back. Great place if you have minimal expectations. Went across the street to Stripes and cleaned the windshield afterwards.

I've been a loyal customer on the monthly plan for awhile but this time all the trash cans were full and running over bottles not filled very few rags and trash everywhere. Really disappointed and may check out that new pla e by the new HEB.

After going thru the Car wash my vehicle was all dirty. Then I go to use the vacuum and had hardly any suction to it!!!

I came here on May 31, 2024 and paid $5 for a basic wash. I came back on July 10, 2024 and paid $12 for a basic wash. The price of a basic wash has nearly tripled in a month and a half. A basic wash that still left large spots of dirt on my car by the way. I cannot recommend this car wash. The price gouging is ridiculous. Hand wash or go to a manual wash, much better value and your car can actually be spotless.

Zips car wash on North Bryant in San Angelo is under new management and I could not be more pleased. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely be returning customer. If you need a super clean wash and hand dry this is the place to go.
