Worst customer service the buckle was $10. My total was $14.08. I asked the cashier I thought it was $10 and she said it was tax. Then I looked at the receipt and she charged me $13 so she called the manager. The manager came back and said do an override and give him back the difference We'll the Kid Refunded the whole thing and then recharged me so now I gotta wait 3 to 5 days for $14.08 and then had to fork over another $11.08 because they can't follow directions or notice an item got rung up wrong? ridiculous, for the prices that they charge for all their western wear, they should have better trained people

I came here looking for a specific brand/style of cap as a Christmas gift. Lots of their employees where just standing around talking amongst themselves. Some asked me if I needed help and I told them what I was looking for and basically just pointed me to what they had. Only one, and his name was Daniel, actually helped me go through their stock of caps/hats to help me look for what I was looking for. Unfortunately, to no avail. But I had an alternative item I was interested in and he helped me pick the perfect one! So overall I am happy with my purchase and for Daniel's help. I will definitely seek him out, if he's still employed there, next time I need to find a particular item in this store.

DJ was amazing, rest of service was awful, several clerks standing around as I’m picking up the clothes off the floor. Offered a 10% discount QR code that didn’t work and they wouldn’t honor it after I spend 10 minutes trying to enter information! I spent $200 bucks with a sux to be you attitude! Come on guys we can do better than that in San Angelo

Came in with my fiancé today to buy a nice cowboy hat as a gift, we walked in and no one greeted us, we walked over the the hat section and no one helped us in the department either. then we checked out and the front desk lady left our 90$ hat on the counter and didn’t bag it. no one seemed like they wanted to be there
