My car recently was at this business from may 17th until Monday July 1st. The estimate time of repair was 2 weeks. It was in the shop for almost 7 weeks. The communication is severely lacking here and the truth of the delay, the ordering of parts, and the entire situation , is lacking. Unfortunately for them, my app for my car tells me everything. The location, when it’s moving, locked or unlocked, and takes images when requested. Many lies were told about where it was at, and the stage of repair. I knew this because my car was being moved for calibration and i could track its location. Also, i have the image of why it took 3 hours to wash my car. The employee was on his cell phone as seen in the picture. I have other images of it sitting in the back lot day after day, while cars damaged by hail were pushed in front of mine. They are lacking in customer service and trying to keep the customer happy ..
The only positive about the situation is that the minor repairs of the front wheel rim and back bumper are good. I would have given a 1 star, but this gave them a 2. TELL THE TRUTH, be honest, send a courier to get parts in other cities that are 3 hours away instead of waiting 5 days for them- and causing the car to be in another week.

My car was at the shop for 42 days without anyone even touching it. The shop kept trying to declare my car totaled even after their repair estimate was approved by my insurance. Every update I received from my service technician was vague and resulted in my having to go up the shop multiple times to get a clear answer. They blamed my insurance for their lost time. I went to this Caliber because I previously had work done on the same car at a different location in town with no problems and in a very timely manner. I would never come back to this Caliber location. They just seem to not want to fix my car. It is going to be over 3 months from the time I brought the car in by the time they are now estimated to finish.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond to repair our vehicle. Our headlamps were discontinued and they went on a nationwide search and were able to find the correct headlamps to get us back on the road. Vehicle looks great!

Popped in without an appointment because I'd broken the splash guard under the front of car again by getting too close to the parking barriers. Had just had it fixed. The manager went out of his way to quickly fix it so my husband wouldn't find out. Then he wouldn't take any compensation! What an impressive and kind person. I know where I will take our car next time it needs work.

Jim was really helpful and professional and was really good at keeping me updated on the process of the repair. I’m 10/10 satisfied overall. Also I really liked that the car was cleaned inside and out before returning it back to me.

The repair was completed earlier than originally estimated. They were willing to arrange for me to pick up the car on a Saturday when they are normally closed - that was really helpful. They were also great in checking in the rental for me.
