Excellent! When it needs fixing, other shops in town recommend Caddo Street Wheel Alignment. Not only are they very friendly and kind, they do great work and will check your alignment for free. Highly recommend. I won't go anywhere else.

We were traveling through town when one of our tires started shaking. After stopping and investigating we discovered that one of our lugnuts was missing and the stud had broken off.
After several phone calls, Caddo Street said that they could fix it and get us back on the road. One hour later, the stud was replaced and we were back on the road.
The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. The reception are was nice and clean and even had a little Boston terrier there to great you as you entered.

They did a great job installing and adjusting the custom coilovers on my Honda S2000. Wouldn't let just anyone work on this car. Kenny was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

So my original review post was responded to buy caddo alignment it couldn't have been any more personal and character damaging and childish in their they did not respond like adults nor did they respond like a business to the review they lied and decimated my character and called me out by name never once did I called any individual out by name from the business I spoke about the businesses quality I've serviced and explain the situation that took place with my mother in truth honesty and detail cattle alignment staff may deposed as you can read that is unprofessional and their work is unsafe I recommend nobody use this place and if you had any bad encounter please make a review and post it share with the community they did not respond or comment on the simple fact that they made an unauthorized repair and threatened automotive lean-to my mother unless you pay the bill everything else that they said does not matter and his personal issues only thing that matters is the service that was provided to my loved one they continue to avoid the issue that they made an unauthorized repair threatened her and made her pay the bill when in all actuality nobody would ever have a repair done like that who welds on steering knuckles the manufacturer does not recommend that and for the repair to be have done without the consent of the owners and then charged for it and threatened to keep her vehicle unless it was as a community you make the decision about if that was right or wrong be sure to ask caddo alignment staff if they are going to make unauthorized repairs and have they made unauthorized repairs in the past shame on you all the extras that you threw in their caddo alignment have no significance the only thing that matters is the service that you provided did you or did you not make an authorized repair and then threatened to keep the car if the customer did not pay it the answer is yes you know you did take responsibility as a professional business and service and don't make the same mistake the community is depending on your repairs and your honesty their safety and well-being is in your hands have some integrity

I took my car in because it was pulling to the right. After diagnostic the tech found that my frontend was in good shape and did not need alignment but was a bad tire instead. I can honestly say this company is honest and has the customers best interest in mind. I recommend Caddo Street Alignment

There isn’t a zero star… for crooks. All went well when I first called the place and dropped off on a Saturday. The truck is actually worse off than the day I dropped it off. I provided all the parts, upper and lower ball joints, provided new pins and nuts for tie rods. A simple job on a 83 Nissan D21, I should have done myself, but it’s a deer lease only vehicle and I couldn’t take it home to my own shop before season opener. I pick up the truck to find front brake pads maybe done? Lower ball joints not seated properly, no replacement of uppers, what looks like a grease nightmare pack in what was found to be a bad wheel bearing… wasn’t replaced when asked, nuts and pins installed on tie rods. I was told “it drive funny” old man “tires must be worn” me, “why not rotate them then? It’s in there for an alignment” brand new wrangler MTs. But the absolute biggest upset was finding my steering column plastics laying on the passenger floor board. I took the pieces back in just to get a spill from the crooked old man telling me I must have done it and there’s no way his guys would lie to him. I’m sure he didn’t ask. I’m positive he didn’t ask them because he came straight out. I know I should have checked the work before I paid over $800 for shotty work, cut corners and a crooked family owned business. Beware of these people! I’m have a police report done, a hold on the credit card purchase and fighting this BS. Good luck to whoever thinks these are honest home town people.Services: Steering & suspension repair
