I have been with this insurance company for years. There is a lot to be said about amazing customer service. Insurance can be stressful, especially when you have young drivers on your policy, which i do. Valerie is always so kind and the voice of reason. She always finds the best rates for my families needs, which is always greatly appreciated.It's nice to work with people who genuinely care about others. Thanks Valarie

I have been with Best Insurance for numerous years now, and I honestly have to say that I have nothing but problems with them. In particular a lady named Valerie, whom answers the phone and emails. Though they are friendly when you are purchasing insurance, they are the opposite of friendly when a problem arise or in need of guidance. I absolutely do not recommend this company due to the fact that they are completely unorganized nor helpful when insurance situations arise. Valerie will reply be saying she did everything she could for use, but she is a complete liar. If you are reading this.. take the time to notice that they only have one review, compared to the other companies listed on this google search. Best Company has also changed their address and phone number numerous times, which is very questionable in itself. In the end.. the irresponsible person that works here will respond by saying they did everything that the could for use, which is not true. They will do everything in their power to save their own skin.

I have known Valarie and Glenn for many years now! With my busy schedule, I’ve always been able to call Ms Valarie for anything I need and she always accommodates me! My family and I are grateful to have a business like Best Insurance for ALL our insurance needs! To read the reviews, I cannot even begin to understand why ANYONE would slander such a business.
