It is Jan 6 at 4:15 & whoever is working the phones NEEDS to get a different job if she doesn't like customer service! I called to ask something important about my account, she answered the phone in spanish so I asked if she could speak English, apparently that is the wrong thing to ask because she got an attitude & said yes i do! All rude like then hangs up on me when I started to speak so I called back & she would not answer, I called back 3 times back to back & she still would not answer! I will be moving my business elsewhere as I needed this taken care of!! ?

It was Christmas Eve, my bank was closed and I needed to cash a hand written payroll check. I had been to every place in town, no one would take it. It took a few minutes for verification but Barri Booth was able to cash my check. Thank you so much!!

These girls always have an attitude and talk badly to the customer. They attend who they want. And talk back to the customers rudely. The worse check cashing place in San Angelo. Poor customer service.

The women who work here don't know how to treat people. They always walk around with their bitter faces... they always take a long time to reach out to people and they are very rude to people... they speak badly with and about people... I do not recommend this place to people...
