I tried to make it work with this bank so many times. BOA is useless when it comes to getting things notarized. I have went about 4 times and each time there was an issue...or lie as to why they can't notarize something. And it's not just this branch, it's a nationwide problem. I've been to other branches in other states. Yet, I could drive over to my other bank and get things handled. And that's just the beginning of problems with BOA. From having to get replacement debit cards several times during the year and missing a notification that they would be cutting off your card because of a fraud charge. Nothing like getting off work to get gas and finding out your card is declined smdh. I blame myself for not listening to anyone on using them. A good friend told me he would trust putting his money in a sock and stuffing it under a mattress than use BOA.

Terrible phone Service anytime I've ever called the bank it takes almost an hour to get a hold of anybody because they're all busy doesn't matter what time of day you called they just never answer the phone

Second time in this bank and that's two too many. First off counted 6 teller stations 3 people and 1 station open. After waiting for about 5 minutes I was waited on. Asked to cash a check that was given to me here because it was from this bank. I was told they do not cash checks for someone that does not have an account there even though it was written by a member of their bank. Was told rudely go to my bank and see if they will help me by the "teller manager". After reading their 2.2 google review I can see why. I advise no one to bank here. Would give a negative star rating but that's not possible.

This bank is terrible. I went into deposit money into my stepsons acct and they would not take cash (really). I was told it had to be a check or money order. I was also told for immediate deposit to use money order. I returned with money order from my C.U. It has now been 8 days and they still have not credited his acct. TERRIBLE they are liars.

Do not come on Saturday. You'll spend 30+ minutes in line while employees just sit in the office.

So poor service! I use that bank over 5 year! One time just come for change money with big bills ...the lady name Susan said the bank don't do that ..just only deposit on the bank ! 😩 I have business we need cash sometime ! The first time hear the banks don't change money !

Bank of America by far the worst bank in America to open up a business account. They let $22k fraudulently be taken from account. They give us a new one and the same thing happened for $6k. We quit banking with them because of it. Now they will not release statements or copies of the fake hot checks to the lawyer. U can never get anyone to answer the phone let alone help if you can get a human on the phone.

Every time I come to this bank there's always a line almost to the door. I shouldn't have to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to cash a check. That's just ridicules his place sucks!

Terrible service. They NEVER have more than a single teller, regardless of the number of customers waiting. Additionally, I listened to a bank officer chit chatting on the phone INSTEAD of attending to clients. Wish they'd remember it is OUR money that provides THEIR jobs.

Very poor service. In over 7 months, have never seen more than one teller open, long lines, with a few exceptions, unfriendly staff. Trying to call them on the phone is useless, they simply don't answer. I get the feeling cusomer service is not their job at this branch. The drive through though, has always been a pleasant experience. If you must go here, go to the drive through.
