Ordered on the web site a cap and gown and was charged $9.98 for flat rate shipping. After a few days, I called to inquire status and was told that I needed to pick up the items. At the store, the woman was not professional and informed me that "Everyone pays shipping". Hummm, I need to pick up the item and am charged. The other thing to note here is that for those ordering from the High School directly and with a graduating class of 500, the company would make $5K in flat rate delivery in one shipment. Classic.
