Don't get fooled this is the same company as the "LONE STAR," MOVERS. I had to select a star but this company doesn't deserve a star! Please DO NOT use this company and tell all your friends. This company over charged me, broke my Turkish rack, and NEVER replaced it. I have e-mailed and tried to get a hold of the owner but nothing has ever happened. To begin with the lady who gave me the quote did it wrong, when they delivered my furniture, it was double to what the lady had quote me. I went with them because the lady promised that their men do a wonderful job moving people, specially military families, boy was I fooled. I still payed and fed their men, like all military members and dependents do. The man who who broke the slabs to my Turkish rack broke the slabs in front of me, he dropped them trying to carry two at a time. The man's partner told me that he has done it too many time and he had previously ran into someones wall. The man took pictures and also called his supervisor. His supervisor told him to tell me that he was going to pay for the damaged slabs. TWO OF THE SLABS ARE BROKEN IN HALF. This company keeps changing names but don't get fooled by them, they are NOT good at moving people. Please let people know, so they don't get robbed. We work hard for our things, we were military and some of our thing are not replaceable, if we hired someone it's because we trust they will take care of our things. PLEASE, PLEASE, FORWARD TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS.

The scheduling was very easy the week before, and the pricing was fair. Day of, Richard and Kurtis were on time and quickly and carefully moved everything I needed, in half the time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I reached out to this company because of the stellar reviews I'd seen online. Called and talked to Jennifer who was very kind during our initial interaction. We exchanged emails a few times and my calls were always answered in a reasonable time. Fast forward to the day of the move, and I was not prepared for the events that took place. I had contracted with the company to have their staff come and unload my U-Haul trailer on Saturday morning at 9:00 am. At 09:10 am their crew was not on site. I called the company number and all my calls went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail. At 09:30 I decide to drive to their office location to check on things, no one at the premises and calls still went straight to voicemail. We decided they were a no show and we found alternative means to get the U-Haul unloaded since the driver was on a tight schedule. After everything is unloaded, then the Angelo Apartment movers crew shows up! Terribly late and barely apologetic. On Monday I place a call hoping to speak to Jennifer but my number was still going to voicemail. My number was blocked after that. I called them with a different phone number which went through and I spoke to Jennifer who was very cold.Its impossible for me to rate their service because they did not provide any. However, I can say that the company was grossly unprofessional in their handling of the move and my subsequent complaint. I really hope that this is "out of character" for them but I highly doubt it. Find another moving company for your sanity's sake!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Called the day before to confirm our move. NO SHOW the morning of our move. We were supposed to start at 9am. Had no contact from them until 10:30 after I left multiple msgs and was asked if we HAD to move today. I found an alternate mover, J &C Transportation/Jacob's Trusted Transportation who rescued us, did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend.

First off, Kurtis, Tony , and Drew all deserve raises. They worked their butts off for us and where absolutely accommodating and empathetic. We had issues with the place we moved to and they made us feel like they took on the problem as their own and helped us find a solution. These guys and this company have never failed us. We have used them in the past and will always use them in the future. These guys are severely underrated. They always deliver quality service. The office lady that I spoke with on the phone was so sweet and understanding. If you choose another moving company, your doing yourself a disservice. These guys are the real deal. They hustle and it’s absolutely worth the money. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Angelo Apartments Movers took care of our move to the DFW area in late December. Their entire team was friendly, hard working, and very careful with all of our items. After the move we did not find anything broken and they were very helpful in placing things in the correct rooms during the off load to our new home. Great Job AAM!!

The way their schedule was booked up and The way my schedule is, they were not able to move me. However they were very nice and polite giving me boxes and trying to fit me in ASAP.

They were scheduled to move my dad and stepmother, who are disabled, six weeks in advance. On the day of, they didn’t show up. After and hour my stepsister called them and they said they had taken another smaller job but would still be there. Hour after hour of this rinse and repeat and they finally put a woman on the phone who basically told them it might be better if they found another mover. Really!!! They take a smaller job last minute, don’t bother to call and update their scheduled customer, give them the run around, then tell them they’re fine with losing their business? Unprofessional! Considering they had signed paperwork to agree on this move and the date and time slot they are technically in breach of contract. Never again and do not recommend!

Our experience with Angelo Apartment Movers was phenomenal! Our closing date was moved at least six times over about 4 weeks in July/August; of course, one of the busiest times for moving companies. Jack and Candice were extremely professional & honest regarding what they were & possibly were not able to do considering the time frame & changes. I truly felt like Jack had my back & would do whatever he could to help us out with our move. And they did.Danny and Caleb came on time & ready to work. They worked very well together, communicating best way to pack our belongings for space & safety. They were very friendly & efficient. Due to additional last minute delay with closing, Jack was able to have Caleb & Fabian come out the next afternoon to unload the UHAUL we had rented. Again, very friendly & professional.It has been a long time since we have gotten such great service from a company. Angelo Apartment Movers definitely receives 5 stars for the quality of representation & service shown to us. We will absolutely call them again for our next move! Thank you so much Jack, Candice, Danny, Caleb & Fabian.
