Denied emergency care because not established patient. Really??? That's so cold. Where are your priorities?

My dog was Denied after hours medical because she wasn’t an established client. What a stand up clinic they are.

I called to ask them to take an abandoned kitten about 5-6 weeks old so it would not get ran over, another adult cat has tried to hurt it, they told me unless I was an established client and the owner no dice. This city has no milk of human kindness!
