I have purchased furniture from American freight twice and both experiences were great, but today was above and beyond exceptional. BillWas absolutely the best. Delivery will be tomorrow. Everything was great. Would definitely recommend them!

Jojo was great and gave us great customer service!I got my couch and loveseat delivered for $110 but I was asked if I needed help installing the feet which on the website says is part if the delivery service, so that was kind of weird, they also asked if I had a trash can for the all the cardboard and plastic from two pieces of furniture, another thing I thought was strange. Immediately after delivery I noticed a small hole on the corner of a couch and called the store and was able to get a small refund of $75 which was fine as I didn’t want to wait for another couch to be delivered.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful. They were very knowledgeable of all the furniture they currently had. Jojo, the assistant store manager, helped us find the perfect couch for our small home. He helped us get the best value couch for someone on a budget. The store was clean and organized, signage was clear, making it easy to view prices of sets together and individual pieces. Very pleasant experience! Great prices and quality!
