I have been to many dealerships.... and I have to say this was the BEST experience I have ever had!! For starters CARRIE WELTON IS THE BEST! I was able to organize the entire deal throughout my work day and drive in, sign the papers, and out the door with my new vehicle. I was maybe there 20 minutes tops! Customer service was amazing, wait time was amazing, and communication was out of this world.I have nothing but GREAT things to say for James McIntyre! He made the deal fun with his positive attitude and amazing customer service. Made the signing process simple and sweet, all while providing important information. There was nothing but transparency during this deal and I honestly can say.... BEST TRUCK BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Went in for their big trade in sale. Got a used 2022 Silverado. Sales guys refused to tell me a price until they wrote the contract. Said they don't let you know price until contract is written. While waiting I found the truck listed on web site. Got to the finance office they marked it up 9000 over web site price. Said they had to do that for a bank to finance it. Convinced me to get the truck. Then 3 weeks later a different finance guy named Steve Hernandez called said we needed to resign the contract. We got a better interest rate. It seemed off to me. I called the finance company. The finance company refuse to fund the contract. Said the numbers didn't add up. The truck still belongs to all American since the contract was rejected. I talked to Steve about just handing back the truck and getting my trade in back. and he told me I would have to deal with Robert Trevino. I tried to call him 5 times. He would never answer. Secretary said he is there just not answering call right now. So she put me through to Amedeo. He listened to us to see what was going on and told me he could give me a resending contract to sign saying we're backing out of contract. I told him how can I back out of a contract that was denied and not funded. He said it's standard. I told him to let me see it. Then he asked if we would take the truck if they put it back at the listed price. We said no. He left and Robert came in. Robert said I had two options. Either sign the new contract or he will scratch through the finance company and send it to a different one. I asked about the price difference. He told me to prove it to him. Said he goes and changes the website prices during sales to get you in the door. But they still charge you whatever they want to for it. If I don't have a pic of the web site price I can't prove it. He said has some company he can get that will finance it with him scratching out the original company's names. said he didn't need our permission. I asked him to see the new contract. He refused. He said he'll just send the original off to someone else. I asked him how he can alter a contract like that. He said he has the right to scratch out any part of it with out our permission. He wrote it he can do what he wants with it. I told him no that's illegal. He would need a new contract. I told just give me my trade in back. He said he sold the truck and it's gone already. I asked him how if it's still under my name at it's bank. He said they do 30 day payoffs so he don't need the title to sell it. If they do 30 day why do they ask for a 10 day payoff?? And when signing the finance guy says it has to be correct 10 day amount or it will screw up the contract. Though a whisper in the wind I was told to talk to buddy. I called Chevy and asked for him. The person who answered said there is no buddy that works there. He works in midland. I called midland they said he covers midland Odessa and San Angelo and he is in San Angelo. So I called the dodge house. They were nice. Said yes he works out here but he just left for lunch. He should be beck at Chevy this afternoon. I left messages at Chevy for him to call but I have heard nothing. Did he even get them? Do I just leave the truck at the door and throw the keys on desk? Call police for a stolen vehicle since my trade has disappeared? Or who is a good lawyer in the area to handle this? I have refused to sing anything new with them.

Was interested in a Used Pickup they advertised. Called twice on Tuesday to make sure truck was still there, made an appointment to test drive on Wednesday morning. Drove FOUR HOURS one way to get there, Salesman I spoke to was not available and truck was "Sold last evening". BS, they made me drive 8 hrs round trip to try to sell me something I didn't want. Horrible way to treat a customer.

Service department is terrible! Took my car a few months ago to get serviced, they had my car for hours, when I called to check on the status the lady on the phone said because I didn't make an appointment it would take longer. Okay I understand that. Fast forward to today, I made an appointment for 9 am, its now 1:33 and they have not even gotten to my vehicle, when I explained to the manager that my appointment was at 9 he says oh they're not really appointments just a drop off time. WHAT!! Get it together All American! You guys will do and say anything to sell a car then drag your feet when it's time for services. I wish I had more thumbs, I would give this place 5 thumbs down!!!

my first experience getting a car was just perfect threw them....this time i got a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek about 8 months ago had a couple of serious recalls had to take to Subaru to get done..i have had nothing but issue and problems with all American Chevrolet with this deal when i first got it i noticed it had 2 sets of different tires on a all wheel drive car that can cause serious damage to your all wheel drive vehicle two of the tires was seriously cracked so they just changed two out when they should of changed all four so two of of my tires are somewhat new and 2 old tires on my ride...ive had alot of other issues with this subaru to since then after the first month of having it the oil level light came on and i checked the oil it was half empty and the oil was dark like it wasn't changed for awhile so i had to get it changed at where i work so i dont even think they changed it befor i got it when the did their inspection on it and they would of noticed the wheel bearing going out in it to had to pay to get my front ones done about 2 months ago from all American i asked to change all four wheel bearings but they only changed the front 2 wheel bearings said my back ones was good but they aint i can hear alot of road noise from the rear end thwy are trying to overcharge people when they could of done all of em at once so scandalous..i was pretty much forced in to this vehicle cause they only showed me this one and a beat up car that had screws holding up the bumpers it was like that the first time i got a vehicle threw them to they only show me one or 2 vehicles so i got stuck with this one..this is just some of the problem i had with all American Chevrolet i feel like this car should of been a lemon

Went in to get a loan originally talked to Sean he was super nice. He had a baby so I got sent to Eli. Was up there for three hours for him to tell me your approved for up to 35,000 to come back tomorrow the suburban we wanted would be there because they had more vechicles coming in. We'll I went up there the next day. The vechicles didn't come in but when I finally talked to someone because I never could get ahold of Eli they told me no it's not 35,000 it's 20,000-25,000. I got lied to. So if you ever go here don't ask for Eli. Hell just lie to you and tell you what you want to hear not the truth. And when I tried to get reason why all I got was the run around. I still need a vechicle and wish the area manager or someone high up there would contact me so I can get a deal done but not dealing with Eli. I need the head honcho to call me ASAP.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! I don’t say this lightly but when you sell someone a car and say they are approved…then call a month later and say you need the car back because you are NO LONGER APPROVED… what in the corn bread hell does that say about your business?!?! I’ve never heard of a dealership doing this to people!!! It wasn’t even me they sold it to, it was my mother!! They said this is how dealerships work!! How do you get approved and then a month later unapproved?!? Note…this is WITH A DOWNPAYMENT!! They were totally unprofessional yesterday, took over an hour to get a sales manager to talk to us who only tried to make sure she had the car with her. We were smart enough not to bring it with us, and wanted to speak with management first. I don’t understand how a business can treat people like this. People please do business elsewhere! Whether it’s with another dealership here or even out of town but do NOT do business here!! You will leave not trusting people in a car business again ?

Worst place to buy a car in San Angelo I went there to see if I could trade my truck in to get a lower payment and felt like I had to trade it in when I noticed the screen from the new car did not work after the 2nd day of getting it I wanted to cancel the trade and get my truck back but did not let me I thought I had 30 days but I guess they do not follow that rule I regret going here never again!!

I cannot blame the salesman for this review since this lands more on the dealership and their handling of cars. I recently bought a used car from this location, knowing full well used cars come "As-is". What I didn't know, until I had a few local body shops look at the car, was that it had been in a few fender benders; none of which were ever reported. When I addressed this with one of the sales managers at the location he didn't seem phased about this at all, in fact it seemed as if selling cars like this was normal practice for him. He stated and I quote " if it's not on the car fax or our Twix system, we won't know." When I had bought the car I was told a 172 point inspection was made on the car, that clearly was not the case, especially considering the front windshield was still cracked. had it been they would have noticed that various body panels were originally red in color, just painted black, where as my car is black originally. One body panel is still very loose and needs attention asap. The options the dealership gave me were to trade in the car I just bought 2 weeks ago and possibly take a hit and be upside down for another used vehicle or they would just fix the loose body panel and detail the car. Those were the only two options. So the short of it is this, the dealership took in a car, didn't fully inspect it, put it up for sale with a cracked windshield, and washed their hands of it. I will never purchase another car from this location ever again nor will I recommend anyone I know to do the same. This dealership is quite literally the shady outfit you only really see in movies

Dealing with this sales team has seriously been one of the worst experiences I have ever had! I purchased a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado in December of 2020 and had issues with it from the start. After breaking down on the side of the road with my kids for 3 hours on a Saturday while we figured out that a tow truck would cost over $500 to tow us in (even though we pay for roadside assistance through On-Star and a coverage through the dealership) my husband opted to tow me i...

I really wish I would have gotten the name of the sales rep that walked up to us. But he had to be the absolute worst sales rep I've ever came into contact with. He was very unprofessional and rude from the very beginning. I've never had any problems with this dealership before and have bought two trucks from there, but after today this will probably be my last trip in there.
