Scheduled an appointment a month in advance. Brought my Only vehicle in and 4 1/2 weeks later i call to see what is going on and am told that the first 2 weeks it sat there WAITING because other vehicles were in front of it. They just started working on my vehicle at the end of week 3 and expect it will be another 2 weeks. 5 Weeks WITHOUT A VEHICLE and NO Communication from the Collision center. What was the point of the appointment!!! Not a happy customer. Will not use againServices: Painting

I understand the current workforce situation and short supply that is affecting every industry. I took three vehicles there for hail damage. One vehicle they did within two weeks. That was great. The next two vehicles took approximately three months each. The people there are friendly, but Chevy seriously needs to accommodate and find a better solution to prevent keeping vehicles longer than necessary.Services: Painting

Fil, Ryan and everyone else at the collision center was great! took care of all the insurance information and claim process and had my car looking brand new again! great customer service and always courteous anytime I had questions or calling for on updates. very appreciative of them!Services: Electrical

Yeah they were great had to go for inspection.went by really fast .Faster than usual but of course we had called and set up and appointment for around 9 ish but it went ok .

The service center customer service is not that great not very good communication from the staff unless you get up and go say something. The ones that cash you out is the only good service you get. They are trained to handle situations and know what to say to get out of not communicating with customers when your vehicleis put there more than 30 minutes. As I was sitting in the waiting area i over heard another customer complaining about how long his vehicle was out there and he went to to go say something as well and they finally took his vehicle back. Also when they do a vehicle courtesy inspection the guys they have working on your vehicle doesn't do an honest job they just check all the green dots. So your vehicle is not truly safe coming out of there service department cause they frankly don't care cause they'll still get paid. And then they expect me to trust them to do more work on my vehicle or the employees they have working for them. NOPE!! Then the sign posted please be sure to take all your personal items. OK I understand yes women take your purses and amongst other things. But your saying that you hire people that go through people's vehicle's because it's ok. If your a supervisor or a manager and your thought is if I don't see them doing it then it's ok I'm not worried about it. Our sign says what it says. Can't wait to be done with All American Chevrolet.

Went in to get a loan originally talked to Sean he was super nice. He had a baby so I got sent to Eli. Was up there for three hours for him to tell me your approved for up to 35,000 to come back tomorrow the suburban we wanted would be there because they had more vechicles coming in. We'll I went up there the next day. The vechicles didn't come in but when I finally talked to someone because I never could get ahold of Eli they told me no it's not 35,000 it's 20,000-25,000. I got lied to. So if you ever go here don't ask for Eli. Hell just lie to you and tell you what you want to hear not the truth. And when I tried to get reason why all I got was the run around. I still need a vechicle and wish the area manager or someone high up there would contact me so I can get a deal done but not dealing with Eli. I need the head honcho to call me ASAP.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership! I don’t say this lightly but when you sell someone a car and say they are approved…then call a month later and say you need the car back because you are NO LONGER APPROVED… what in the corn bread hell does that say about your business?!?! I’ve never heard of a dealership doing this to people!!! It wasn’t even me they sold it to, it was my mother!! They said this is how dealerships work!! How do you get approved and then a month later unapproved?!? Note…this is WITH A DOWNPAYMENT!! They were totally unprofessional yesterday, took over an hour to get a sales manager to talk to us who only tried to make sure she had the car with her. We were smart enough not to bring it with us, and wanted to speak with management first. I don’t understand how a business can treat people like this. People please do business elsewhere! Whether it’s with another dealership here or even out of town but do NOT do business here!! You will leave not trusting people in a car business again ?

Bought a suv from them them. Did not get amenities I thought I was getting. Washed car for first time. Passenger rim damaged. No help from them.

Worst place to buy a car in San Angelo I went there to see if I could trade my truck in to get a lower payment and felt like I had to trade it in when I noticed the screen from the new car did not work after the 2nd day of getting it I wanted to cancel the trade and get my truck back but did not let me I thought I had 30 days but I guess they do not follow that rule I regret going here never again!!

I cannot blame the salesman for this review since this lands more on the dealership and their handling of cars. I recently bought a used car from this location, knowing full well used cars come "As-is". What I didn't know, until I had a few local body shops look at the car, was that it had been in a few fender benders; none of which were ever reported. When I addressed this with one of the sales managers at the location he didn't seem phased about this at all, in fact it seemed as if selling cars like this was normal practice for him. He stated and I quote " if it's not on the car fax or our Twix system, we won't know." When I had bought the car I was told a 172 point inspection was made on the car, that clearly was not the case, especially considering the front windshield was still cracked. had it been they would have noticed that various body panels were originally red in color, just painted black, where as my car is black originally. One body panel is still very loose and needs attention asap. The options the dealership gave me were to trade in the car I just bought 2 weeks ago and possibly take a hit and be upside down for another used vehicle or they would just fix the loose body panel and detail the car. Those were the only two options. So the short of it is this, the dealership took in a car, didn't fully inspect it, put it up for sale with a cracked windshield, and washed their hands of it. I will never purchase another car from this location ever again nor will I recommend anyone I know to do the same. This dealership is quite literally the shady outfit you only really see in movies
