Pete Lara was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with my battery issue on my mower. I give him 5 stars. Diane Salazar was a great checker that day and also knowledgeable. I give her 5 stars also. Thanks for making my shopping experience good.

I went in to pick up a few things. Each staff member said Hi and offered to help me. The store is very clean and well stocked. I like just browsing just to look at everything they have. Check out went quickly.

I would give the store a 5 star rating but the website a 1. The website showed an item in stock, went to the store and it was not available. The employee that I spoke to said the website is frequently wrong.

Always get great service when I go. Always. If they see a line anywhere they call help ASAP. Staff is always friendly and super helpful. They will find someone who knows the answer to your question, and they are honest. If they don't know, they will tell you so. Very rarely has that ever happened. Highly recommend! Competitive prices too!

Always have a great experience in here. They usually have what I need, and the staff are super friendly and love to help. Like they’ll even approach you if they see you looking for something. All around great service.

Excellent, they have items and the personal touch the big box hardware stores lack. I appreciate their help and guidance. I think there are more employees on the floor at Westlake than the two big box hardware stores combined. It's always so easy to get help and they sell better quality items than the big box stores. Highly recommend Westlake. Thank you for your help.
