Constantly receiving the wrong mail. Packages delivered to who knows what mailbox. Last time it was medicine that they showed as delivered. I met the carrier at the cluster box and asked if he could help find it and his exact words were " you need to figure out who took it". Really? The package showed up several days later opened by whoever "TOOK IT" . Just horrible service and no accountabilty.

This is the best post office I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and kind and remember me and many of the other people that come in by name. It's a small town treasure.

I am still paying off hundreds of dollars in debts because we didn't receive mail for months due to the post master's lieing and incompetence. She assured me many times after we bought our house that they were delivering everything they received. After months of appeals, it turns out the mail was still attached to the previous owners PO box, that the post master had told me many times couldn't happen.She lied so many times, rather than just doing her job and finding the problem.

For the most part my experiences are positive. The carriers are human but do go the extra mile to the point of bringing my pkgs and mail to the door. Once in a while I will receive the wrong mail but usually I will just take it to my neighbor if it happens. I don't have a PO box so can't comment on that. For the most part I don't have to wait in a long line and if I do it isn't long. My issue is the closing times. I have arrived before closing and the doors are already closed and locked. It hasn't been recently but it has happened on more than one occasion. I appreciate having a PO in town. Thank you for your services.

Personally I e had issues with mail going to the wrong box but they have always been courteous enough to address the issues and fix it. The ladies look out for those whom get mail in Salado. I appreciate their upbeat, kind and caring attitude. They are great

Another worthless small town post office. The post master is rude and should be replaced. Hangs up on any customer with a question she does not like. Another reason why they should be privatized!!

Some people are nice and some people are flat out rude. We have had our mail put in other boxes multiple times, along with packages.It is beyond annoying going to get my package, only to find out that it was put in another box and hoping that person will return it.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and perhaps they are deserved. However, my experience is that the Salado branch of the USPS is A LOT better than most. They seem to care. And if a line forms, they open another window. At Temple, I walk in and see a line out the door. Of the ten windows, eight of them have a “next window, please” sign. Not so inSalado. Bravo to service with a smile and common courtesy at this branch.

Everyone is very kind and helpful. There have been times that I had several Christmas boxes to deliver. Went back and forth to the car. They asked if I needed help. One lady came from behind the counter and helped unload. She didn't have to do that. She did and with a smile on her face. That is above and beyond the scope of the job.

Two of the last 3 pickups that I have scheduled online were not completed. This has a big impact on my business. I am better off driving into Jarrell and dropping off my packages.
