I took my motorhome in for an inspection which was done quickly. After sitting at the license office in Belton .for 30+ minutes I was told that it wasn’t in the system because it was listed as a Fiat. When I went back they wouldn’t do anything because they were closed for lunch. I guess they could see that I wasn’t going to make a third trip over there after we went round and round. They said I’d switched the plates, which is ridiculous. I don’t know when I’ve been treated so rudely. Yes, I interrupted lunch but I made a useless and time consuming trip to Belton, and was accused of switching plates.

Super kind “girls” (I’m older) who helped us. Didn’t look at the cost bc MAYBE saving a few dollars is not worth it. They took care of us and we will see them again. (Be sure to give some love their two, small, lovable dogs). Thank you Andrea, and the whole team!

Twisted Metal has always been my go to place for oil changes and just about anything else for my car. They’re always professional, quick and reasonably priced.

What a phenomenal shop and group of people to work with! My wife and I were traveling northbound on 35 heading back to North Texas and our F150 decided to lose the radiator just south of Salado. It was very close to closing time and they were able to get a radiator ordered in from the local parts store and help us with suggestions of a good tow company to get me to their shop. The mechanic offered to stay late and get us back going on the road but we were already tired from a long trip so we just decided to just stay at a hotel in town. As most mechanic shops are these days you could tell they're pretty busy. So it was awesome; above and beyond, for them to cut us in and be able to get us going back home. They told us everything would be buttoned up by the time check-out would be at the hotel the next morning. They did not disappoint, and had everything ready to be back on the road before we were even ready to go. As to the work - everything was great they even cleaned the battery terminals and could tell they took great care with all the crappy ford plastic clips and the fun of modern plastic vehicles. If you break down in the corridor of Temple to Georgetown don't hesitate to call they are great to work with!!!! Thank you again Twisted!!!

This place really helped me out in a jam when I had a radiator/coolant system issue on my reefer box truck. The mechanic Andreas got right on my truck when I pulled in and was able to get the part I needed off another Freightliner box truck they had there on their lot. They charged a fair price and didn't try to take advantage of the situation like some places do. I was back on the road in about 2 hours.

Dealer parts, 5x faster. We have needed repairs on our diesel vehicles twice during the past few weeks - a window motor, windshield fluid reservoir and diesel fuel filter replacement. The repairs were much more affordable than the dealer, using the same parts and they were able to receive the parts and begin repairs much quicker than expected.Services: Auto power window repair

Don’t take your car here! I took my Cadillac there to have a suspension problem diagnosed. I told them it was making a noise when I turned. They told me I needed new wheel bearings.I paid over $500 and when I got it back it was still making the same noise. I had to call and make an appointment to bring it back so I did and left it there and they called and told me they didn’t hear any noises but that I was welcome to come back AGAIN and ride with the Mechanic. So I did that and he did say he heard it and then told me I needed my ball joints and strut coil replaced which was going to be another $3000. So it turns out I didn’t need the wheel bearings but they said I would eventually and that they weren’t going to refund me for replacing parts I didn’t even need. So I asked the lady who called me to put my keys back in the car and I was going to come pick it up because I wasn’t going to get the work done there and she said OK. When I got up there 10 minutes later they had closed and left it behind a locked gate. The least she could’ve done is told me over the phone to wait until the next day. So after making 5 trips over there to drop off and pick up my car and spending $500 I still had the same problem.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If I could give negative stars I would. Went there for an inspection on my 5th wheel and they refused to do it because it was raining. Never seen anything like that in my life. Guess people don't wanna work these days. I recommend you don't go here.

After moving to TX, we needed vehicle inspection done prior to getting car tags. Twisted Metal Automotive staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. We were in and out in under 30 min for two cars.
