A big shout out to Kali and the management team at Pro Acoustics. Their customer service, patience and professionalism is remarkable. A little background to my order. I placed an order back in February for an Auditorium system to be shipped to an US Air Force base in Italy. Each time the order would arrive to the Italian customs they would hold it for months then return it back to the sender. We went through this process a few times in which each time Pro Acoustics would cover the shipping costs. We finally found a solution to get around it and we can't be happier. I will say they love their military, going above and beyond for us but I'm confident they would do that for any of their customers. Thank you again for everything!!!

I tried to get a quote from this company in regards to a product they have listed on their site, only to be told they don't sell to people living in my country instead of answering the quote that was being asked for. I have many family members throughout the US but they shut me down before it even got to that stage. I thought businesses were in business to do business..

I give this company 2 stars because of the lack of service I receive when dealing with them. While their products are good and comparable to other brands, they don't actually make the products, they just resell them - so I can only rate based on the service of the team.I purchased several thousand worth of equipment from them in 2020 only for a couple pieces to have been incorrectly fulfilled. I confronted them with email confirmations that they made a mistake and never did they offer to replace the incorrect items. Instead, they only offered to send supplemental add-ons that would achieve the desired end result, but AT MY COST!After several days of back and forth, they finally agreed to send out a $40 fix at their cost. I just spent over $5,000 with you - why was this even a point of contention? (Mark Woods was sales consultant during this transaction).Several days later, I needed an additional piece to my set up. Ordered and got email that the order would be fulfilled only to be later told, it was currently unavailable. When I asked how long, they could not provide a specific time frame. After 8 days of waiting for a response if they could get the item, they informed me that they still did not have it. Ended up having to spend more money at a local shop to get the same item. (Merry Grant was sales consultant during this transaction).A year later - Time to replace a speaker due to the tweeter/horn (hi-end) going out. I placed the order, got the quote, moved forward and paid for the item, only to get an email the next day saying, once again "this item is currently unavailable". Well, why tf would you not tell me that when you provided me with the quote? There's obviously a reason why your website does not allow you to click-to-purchase and I assume that is due to supply chain issues. Fine, I get the pandemic slowdown and whatnot - but isn't this the entire reason for having this process anyway? So that you can inform me of any delays or backorder issues BEFORE I purchase the item? (Kali Brunner was CS coordinator and Coltin Kellough was sales rep on this transaction).Overall, the sales team and order fulfillment team do a terrible job at communicating their ability to supply the customer with their full and correct order. I hate mix-matching components to a system but I think, sadly, this my be the last time I order through this company.After all, there are several other companies out there that have the order on your doorstep seemingly as soon as you click "purchase" AND they personally follow up by phone and email within 30 minutes of you placing your order. This company could learn a lesson from them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a speaker from them over 2 weeks ago and have not even received tracking info from them. They told me that I would have the speaker in 5-9 days and here we are 14 days later and I haven’t even received tracking info. SCAM!!!!!!!!! I had to call my bank to get my money back because if I left it up to them I would have been scammed. They never responded to my emails nor did they do anything to correct the issue.NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Save your headache if you are planning to buy from themUnfortunately I had to give them 1 star to leave the review but they don’t even deserve a 1 star review

I asked for clarification on a package and was not able to get a response from the sales person or the sales manager that I escalated to. While they won't answer the questions they will send out spam from multiple people at least once a day and I have been unable to get that to stop.

I had an issue with the product I received, it basically just wouldn't work in the area that we wanted it to. After some back and forth, Pro Acoustics allowed me to return the item if I paid for shipping and a restocking fee which I was more than happy to do. Thank you for turning my (at first) less than great experience around. The customer service team went above and beyond to make things right. Thanks again!

I had some issues initially, but the team was more than willing to correct any miscommunication between us. I would use them again. Their sound packages are really worth looking at.

Product took months to get here. Then didn’t work properly. No refund after 15 days of receiving package so now I must go through the warranty process of the manufacture.
