Completely stripped my lug nut and left it without saying anything then when I said something I got “we torque it so idk” no help and genuinely put me on the road unsafely

On the way back home we got a knot in our tire. Called and they didn’t have a tire we needed but said they could have one here in 20 min. They went above and beyond to help us!! Bonus points they had room for us and our camper to change the tire!

Blew out a tire on my way from Dallas to Austin. Called Eric and he and his dad were there in less than 15 minutes. Put on my spare in a matter of minutes and had me on my way! So grateful! They were awesome to deal with. So reasonably priced I gave them a tip. Would highly recommend! Still honorable businesses out there.

The team at this store helped me, I came from Dallas to Austin. Had trouble with my flat tire on Hwy 35 S near this location. I couldn't find it in 10 stores and they helped me by ordering from another place and everything was fine ?

Even though he didn’t have our tire size (and let’s be honest, it’s hard to have all tires on hand) he helped us change into the spare tire. Our whole family uses this shop and he’s done right by us every time!

Had a flat tire at a nearby location. Called up Eagle and they drove out to fill up my spare tire. He didn't have my specific tire so he reccomend another tire shop. Great guy and i reccomend if you're in a jam to call him up.
