How does a package show that it arrived at this post office in St.Hedwig, then say it was sent to Marion for delivery, then 2 hours later says it's back in St Hedwig going through the sort system! My package was to be delivered today! What is the major malfunction??!!!

This post office has abysmal hours but the poor rating is also due to the fact that they cannot scan QR codes. My neighbors are constantly having to swap mail because of it being delivered to the wrong address. This location needs some updating.

Prime example of Trump postmaster appointee, who's only job seems to be to kill the postal service.This post office to it's credit, has seen explosive local housing growth over the last 3 years and has had ZERO assistance with additional, vehicles, delivery, sorting and general service personnel.The delivery is incredibly slow, packages marked delivered by shippers and even the postal services own "mail viewer", means they are at the post office, waiting to make it on the route.Oh and due to the lack of USPS support, the staff is so poorly staffed to the point that they are only open 4.5 hours a day M-F and just 2hrs on Saturdays.

Worst post service ever. Will be making a complaint to upper management and post master. They are not delivering our mail haven't been for 2 months, everytime we go in our change of address we are told was accepted. It was not. We had planned a special event for our daughter's first leap year birthday by having my family write letters from NC, so far we haven't received not one. And I know they were sent. So thanks USPS, yall wonder why we want this department refunded. What good is it if we can't get our mail. Oh let's not forget my w2s, I also haven't received because of the mail. This is absolutely unacceptable.

My mail is delivered to a bank of mailboxes on the paved road. Everyone in this neighborhood has the same street number, but different unit numbers. I understand that occasionally a single piece of mail might slip into another unit's mailbox. We are all only human after all. What I don't understand is when I go to retrieve my 2 packages that were marked as "delivered at/near mailbox" that I find instead an assortment of letters addressed to multiple different unit numbers, but none for my unit number. It is only in my efforts to place these misdelivered letters that I find that every single mailbox has not only misdelivered letters as well, but that both of my packages had been delivered to the wrong mailbox. Now, this is Christmas package delivery season. I shopped early as some of these purchases were custom, made to order, and being shipped in from overseas. If I had not discovered my "missing" packages, there is no guarantee that the person who received them in error would have delivered them to me or that I could have paid to have a replacement order shipped and delivered by December 25th. Very, very disappointed with the level of professionalism in the delivery person on Black Friday.

Nobody answers the phone. terrible hours. They need two people to work there or at least be open 7-4pm. Absolutely trash post office .

These are the worst people. They gave my mom a letter to move her trash cans in order to get mail. 1. They aren’t her trash cans and she can’t move them. 2. The trash company does it when they are at work and she has no control.Please be a human & put some effort into mail, the trash can doesn’t reach the mailbox anyway. Where I live in Galveston the post office workers work hard and park and walk to several houses.I know this cannot be done in the country but leaving a nasty message for my mom for something she has no control over because you can’t walk a couple feet is just being a bad human. I know your jobs can be difficult and we appreciate everything you do. My dad is an army veteran and my mom is still working a difficult job so please keep this in mind too. We all want to be happy. Could you please cut my folks some slack? They work hard and those aren’t their trash cans. Also, I don’t know if it’s you but MOST of their packages are delivered to the wrong address because delivers won’t drive down the hill and turn right into our driveway. I know you want to be efficient but she’s found packages thrown into the neighbors fence which isn’t acceptable. She hasn’t said anything because she’s a kind woman but this letter about the trash cans sent the poor thing over the edge. Please be a human, work hard, cut others some slack & be a solution to the problem. I will gladly rewrite this review if you send her an apology letter & please kindly ask your drivers to walk the extra two steps. Seriously, the Galveston post guys are jacked and looking good for walking all day. Can’t be done in our area but imagine what 15 extra steps a day could do for you!

Literally the worst post office in history. They will do the very bare minimum for their customers. This is the 2nd time I've had a package sent back because they failed to make a redelivery attempt or provide any notification of such attempt, no updates on the website. They're hours are very inconvenient and they only respond after a complaint is filed online. Even then, they have poor customer service skills and lack sympathy for the average working American. I will never interact with this establishment again as its clear they intend to do the least amount of work possible and care very little about the community they serve.

For the second time I’ve gotten a email saying package was delivered in my mail box and nothing in my mailbox!!!! Ridiculous!! I never got a refund on my first package or a call back from the post office about the package that was never delivered to me!!!!

Apparently UPS handed off our packages to this USPS which they either lost or mis-delivered because both of my packages are missing. I can't even file a claim with UPS since they handed it off to USPS. At this point, I'd rather opt in to drive to the post office to pick up my packages than depend on proper delivery.Extremely frustrating and lack of care on USPS's end, really hoping this does not happen again.

Took a package to the window to mail to Indiana. The clerk transposed the addresses so it got routed back to me. Bounced between San Antonio area post offices for about 2 weeks and is still bouncing in the system. This is just stupid. The item was a return and is now time sensitive. USPS owes the costs of an iPhone refund.
