Hands down the slowest walgreens on earth. They never fill my prescriptions on auto refill, I have to request a refill on my own. The line inside and outside for the pharmacy is just a group of people waiting for the people that work inside to quit just standing there talking to each other instead of doing their job!

They close their doors early on Friday. This is the second time I show up before 11 PM closing time and they already have everything locked down.

This pharmacist is SO rude and hung up on a customer who just needed their medication after a long surgery. This customer was in extreme pain. He lied to the doctor 2 times when the doctor called the pharmacy to clear up the issue. This pharmacist may be dipping into the supply back there because what professional acts this way? Fire that bleach blonde, bad built, butch body loser.

Went here for a scheduled appointment for my husband to get the T Dap vaccine. When we arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment time, the pharmacist looked over at her colleague and asked if he was “still” doing vaccines. I’m not sure why that was optional considering we had a formally scheduled appointment within their regular business hours. Supposedly they “just used the last one” so we weren’t able to get what we needed today. To expect an appointment and even know what we were coming in for, it would’ve been nice for them to have contacted us ahead of time rather than us drive out for nothing.

Very poor customer service. I came in simply to get a propane exchange. Little did I know that I was going to wait for 20 min at the time of purchase since I was the only one in line. I was told they would be out there shortly. I came inside and explained how long I was waiting only to be asked to show my receipt (which I gladly did and pointed out the time of purchase) then I had to dig in the back to get my propane tank leaving a few tanks on the ground.... and they wanted me to pick them back up! I don't work there so don't ask me to pickup, and I waited over 20 min to get my item while 3 employees were at the counter with no customers, and not a single apology for the inconvenience.

I went to the Saginaw, TX store today to purchase paper towels. The store associate, Viancka, was helpful and friendly. She guided me to the location of the specific item I was looking for and also assisted me with the checkout process. I was impressed by Viancka's knowledge of the store's layout and her willingness to help. Her friendly demeanor made my shopping experience enjoyable. I will definitely return to this store for future purchases.

Both in person, phone call automation and on website says open to 12:00 a.m. arrive at 10:30 p.m. because some kind of stomach things needed to buy and it's closed and gated going to Walmart

It was to make a refund for some items that seemed to be on sale but were not, but when I made the return the items had a lower price than what I paid, thank God we noticed it but really, if not Don't look, they won't give you a refund the money you paid. ! It took me more than an hour to try to fix it, almost $6 without returning it to me, a theft.

This pharmacy location sucks! There is always a wait inside and out. The head pharmacist is clueless and he's slow as molasses. The only good thing about the pharmacy area is Emily. She is approachable, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I say clear out the entire staff and have Emily train a new staff. Seriously!I will miss her as I will definitely be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.Unhappy Customer!

I always stop at this location on my way home. Very few times have I had to stand in a long line to checkout.From time to time the pharmacy line can get a little long but that all depends on the time that you visit.This location is usually clean and what I am looking for is in stock.
