Never in my life have I experienced so many problems with the United States postal service.I'm not certain if it is this one post office but whichever post office handles the mail for ZIP code 76137 Parkview hills is exceedingly unsatisfaction. It is no wonder that the ISPS is being run out of business by private companies.

I use this post office almost every day. There are 2 women and a young man who are regular employees there. All three have helped me out alot. Very patient people there

Probably the worst post office that I've encountered within the DFW area. I only come here when I absolutely have to. This location is small in comparison to many others, and closes from 11:30AM-12:30PM for the employees lunch hour.Parking within the front is extremely limited (probably 6-7 spots, not including handicapped). There is a business next door that you can park at, yet uncertain if it is open. Just be mindful of others parking there so that you won't get towed.Yet the absolute worst part about this post office is the attitude towards many customers, to include myself. Unbelievably rude for no reason, particularly an employee (50-ish Hispanic female with black eyeglasses). I really don't understand what her problem is, yet I do my best to avoid her if at the front counter or using the drop-off bin on the side. Perfect example of a person that is not enjoying life, let alone her job. Ironically, she perfectly competent at her job, yet rude about almost everything and anything. One of the few US Postal employees that I've encountered that had subpar social skills, and zero personality whatsoever.Overall, I would only recommend this location if you are in a hurry to reach I-820. If you get the younger guy with the brown hair at the counter, that's a bit of an upgrade in customer service (only a bit).

Besides my first visit here and they were closed due to an extended holiday weekend, I did have a positive experience! The location is convenient, there are more parking spaces available if the few in the front of the building get filled, and there is a Mail Drop box in case you already have everything stamped. This is a tiny post office, I would imagine not many people can fit inside in a line waiting. But not bad at all!

BEWARE!!!! My wife and I dropped 2 bills in the outside PO box on 6/15/2022 and neither one made it to the recipients. One check was changed in the amount. I've used numerous post offices in the past but never had problems until this one. Use Gel ink on any checks you mail at this post office and follow up with your recipients to see if they get the payments.

Every single time I have had to send a package or certified letter, THEY GET LOST OR MISPLACED. The same rude person serves me, who I say hello too, how are you, and have a nice day....only to get a rude silence, though I see this person laughing and saying hello to other customers. Outrageous, for whatever reason, this person doesn't want to help me, just fine, I will go elsewhere. Not like complaining would get them fired. Find another post office if what you are mailing is important, and you definitely don't get kindness, professionalism or customer service here. Not just this person, but every person I've encountered at this location is just unfriendly.

I Rarely get my mail on time. everyday when I go to the Post Office in Saginaw Texas I just HOPE they will deliver my mail to the P.O. Box that I pay for!. I get a lot of Junk Mail, BUT any mail that is important is almost non heard of getting on time IF at all.Even with the New delivery schedule I rarely get mail on time. Yesterday I went inside and spoke with a Guy that works at the front and delivers. His response was “did the company that sent me mail send it certified” I said “No” his response was “I have no way of knowing” his attitude was so bad I really wonder HOW he still has a job. If I acted like that at my job I would be fired immediately.I told him this lost mail has happened 3 times his response was “Well If I get the mail I put it up”. absolutely NO help at all! I had to ask for his supervisor. he handed me a piece of paper with the Mark iv location address and telephone number. when I called the number they were completely confused WHY would I call them when the problem seems to be with Saginaw not with them. They just get any mail and Take it from their truck and place it into a another truck to be sent out to the specific delivery area (Saginaw, Texas). In SummaryI pay for a P.O. BoxImportant Mail is ALWAYS late if delivered.Regular postage is paid, Now Lost!I have to pay if there is a check sent to issue a “Stop Pay”Hire a courier at my cost because it takes to long to pick it up myself. No One is accountable at the Post Office it appears.Something has to be done, There are way to many people with similar problems!

Good thing it's one of those well working government agencies. We got a new mail person after the last one retired. She can't even close the mailbox and is too lazy to delivery certified packages. Pretty sure that's illegal.Sincerely,Twin Mills Subdivision
