STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. They are scam artists using their store to steal money from consumers. I went in to send a package that was also notarized there and they purposely put in the wrong address so it can be sent back to their store just for me to spend more money that I don’t have to resend the package! They never had me verify anything and because I was in a rush to get back to work I didn’t even realize it. I put down the right address and it was shown to them twice!!! How do you make a “mistake” like that but yet I’m responsible to pay to resend the package?? Something isn’t adding up in that place. Stay away because the scam artist owner Anil Patel and the manager Alex do bad business there with horrible customer service!! You’ve been warned if you like to keep your money.

Workers are always polite. They're helpful when I need assistance and they try to get the lines down quickly during busy times. I've done many returns and never had an issue.
