Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been here over an hour and when I asked how long the wait was, I was told we cannot tell you that. 3 cara in the garage 2 in the parking lot. 3 guys working 1 car at a time with the other vaping and watching the others. If I would’ve been told it’s an hour wait I would’ve went to a different place. The lady on the commercial knitting a shirt could’ve made 3 shirts by now.

Went in to get my oil changed and left with a hole punctured in my antifreeze overflow tank and when I went back in to notify them of what they did , they act like they wasn’t the ones that did it. I understand accidents happen own up to but this one was just unacceptable it’s going to. It’s me 400 bucks to replace it

The Take 5 in Saginaw has always taken good care of me. Which is why I choose to drive from Rhome to Saginaw to get my families vehicles oil changes here. This last trip, they performed an oil change, cabin & engine air filter change as well as my coolant change, as it was very dark. They gave me a good deal on it and were as always very quick and efficient.

Great overall experience. This shop had all the bays full but in spite of that Joseph immediately greeted me and provided me a drink. Don checked in to set expectations on my wait time. Amara and Esca then provided service, kept me up to date what they were doing and offered me options for upgraded service based on my traveling routine. Very pleased.. I normally use a dealership.

Went on a Sunday about an hour before close time. There was already three cars there so all three bays had cars in it. So when I pulled in I pulled into the farthest Bay that I figured that's would be easier for any other cars that come in. And then I was greeted by one of the gentlemen there and asked if I could reposition to the middle Bay so that some other car could go. I guess not the one that I was at but the one next to me and then a couple other cars pull up. So now there's a full line and some at this point.and I should have been next, as I had arrived before the other cars not already being serviced. if I had stayed where I was at i would have be serviced quicker (still not 1st but hey still better) but instead the two people that got there after me ended up getting service before me. So I was there for over an hour. Probably an hour and a half. The service itself was quick. The guys were polite. They apologized. Gave me water informed me of some issues, that I didn't know about, with the vehicle. but I was a little bit irritated about the wait. especially since they advertise speedy service and Instead i got skipped X2. I'm not posting this to take a dump on the workers or anything like that or to get anyone in trouble. Just stating my experience and my feelings. I did search online before I went though, to See if they had any discounts available. I was able to get a $25 off coupon texted to my phone, through the take 5 website. That's a nice chuck off BUT.... ORIGINALLY the Google search results showed the link I clicked first that redirected to the take 5 advertisement and website. This was advertising for a "50% off of the entire service cost," but swapped that and gave me a "$25 off," coupon instead. which is still pretty good (and I'm thankful to get that because money is seriously tight now-a-days. but that was not what was advertised and what caught my attention leaving to my click on the Google link. Now think, what if I had opted for like a premium oil, or something. Then the difference in savings between the 2 wouldn't have even been close. (The cheapest one was like $54 and the most expensive was like something ridiculous like 189. I'm not 100% certain I'm correct on that number but it was around that for sure ) Even so the cheapest service after tax and everything as long as you're under five qrts, is around 60 bucks so 25 off would have been, roughly 45ish percent off, assuming I did not get any other services or need extra oil over the allotted five quarts. Versus 45ish % off of the premium $189ish plus tax let's say $200 for a rough approximate. 45% off 200 is like 90$! Leaving a total of 110$ ! I'd probably go for that deal if it was offered for mobile one premium oil advanced ultra synthetic with the badass filter. Yeah, that's a bit of a discrepancy I'd say and I can't say for certain if the Google listing is intentionally hyperbolic or dare I say misleading because I don't know who was involved and what their intentions are or what information they were giving or if anything has changed time between the time of my service and when the original link was available on Google so it's anyone's guess I'd like to. Hope it was a odd mistake but you know lol... AND That's now about all I got. Otherwise I can't complain ... Much haha
Both on another not. I do like staying in my car and not having to go in and deal with a waiting room and all that jazz. It's easy to pay from your car seat, through your window obviously.You get to see the service more or less, taking place. and the guys seem to have a set routine with specific actions dialog and standards all choreographed, while completing the work. As they were communicating by wrote and probably standardized responses, answers statements, etc. I believe to make sure that they take all necessary steps in the process and maintain safety which seems professional and smart. So I can appreciate that know that for ce
