This place has really gone downhill. I've gone here for over 10 years, and tonight was the last time. Worker was very rude to every customer and she couldn't care less about it. Lady in front of me left extremely angry because the worker was doing her sandwiches begrudgingly and the worker cussed her out as she was leaving.

Trust the reviews. This place lacks...just about everything. Customer service is non existence. Sandwich was below average. I got the beast which was supposed to have huge and double meat and cheese and the guy who made my sandwich just didn't even look like he wanted to be there. Take my advice, go somewhere else.

Placed an order at 4:25 online. Show up. The door is locked. The open sign is lit. Hours on the door stating they're open from 9am-10pm today. Nothing stating they are closed for any reason. . And we orders $22 in food online. Call customer service and they apparently don't do refunds for online orders. So that was convenient. and they apparently moved all of their stuff online

Had a mobile order to pick up , already paid . The location was right and payment was made. I showed up and my order wasn't there. I waited in line to ask about the order, the lady that was there said "sorry never got anything - can't do anything " I had then showed her my confirmation order and payment to her location.Janet ?? But she kept saying I ain't got anything in a rudely manner.So to avoid any issues. I just walked away.I used to come every week to this location, never had a problem. Until the day she worked alone .Understaffed? I understand and I could of waited but the way she responded to me infront of others is another thing.I probably won't be returning here to this location, it seems I'm not the only one with the same mindset based on the reviews here.Customer service was no help on getting my refund. They never replied.

Stopped by this morning to get a veggie sub for lunch. The lady was nice and it was clean, well-stocked, and nice and cool inside.

Went to get a sandwich on my lunch break and this is what I got. The meat is old!! The food service sucks! Don’t eat here if u value your health.

The manager there is a very sweet lady! She goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer! The sandwich was delicious!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Subway. This lady (white mid 40s) was absolutely rude as can be. She was throwing things around. Repeating herself again and again, mumbling to herself rude comments. Another customer walked in and she got even more mad. In one occasion I heard her say " these people ". Making ugly faces. Absolutely unreal. After she put jalapenos in my protein bowl by accident and than blamed it on me I said never mind and walked out. I was so uncomfortable and nervous that I did not want to talk at all to this person anymore. If I could I would give this place -5 stars. UNBELIEVABLE ☹️ ?? I suggest FIRING THIS LADY IMMEDIATELY. TO THE OWNER: PLEASE LOOK AT YOUR VIDEO CAMERAS IF ANY. 3/29/22 AROUND 12:45 PM. THANX

Im going to start off by saying I have given this place a few chances and every time I have been disappointed this subway clearly doesn't care about anything I have been a few times and they were missing so many items no veggies no meat no bread I just drive past it now not even worth me trying I usually go to the basswood location where they treat you better and food is good
