“Always forget about this location, but it was right in the area in which I was meeting a friend for coffee. Even though there was only one employee on duty with a somewhat long line, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Way to go! The pricing was clear cut for what I was mailing out, including a tracking number and insurance. Wow! The facility was clean, including the parking lot, and parking was easy to navigate. In the future, I won't hesitate to use this post office again.”

“This location is busy but it moves fast. They do their best but with a long line all day I wouldn’t be too happy either. They are nice though and very knowledgeable and helpful just ask. Clean place. We all wish it was bigger with more employees but we know what we get. It’s local and not too much unlike the rest .”

“Drop orders off from my small business here all the time. Always have pre-paid USPS labels so they make it very smooth also with the new Click-N-Ship service. I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!! Thank you Roanoke USPS for all of y'alls stellar service.”
“The branch is smaller and located on a less busy street. The line is usually short and moves quickly. There is a pull thru area to mail letters from your vehicle. There are PO boxes available as well.”

“In the 15 years we have been here, never had any issues with our mail. I am pretty sure this is where our mail comes unless its Haslet. Once in awhile I have reached out about not receiving a package and they are on it and it is handled quickly. They respond fast by email or telephone.”
