Ive always been coming in here to put gas and never had issues untill a few months ago my husband got gas here and ended with CONTAMINATED GAS! his engine turned of mid road and enginelight was on. When we cheked with a mechanic he told us the reason for the odd behaviour was contaminated gas. I thought it was a fluke but just YESTERDAY i went and put gas there and the same thing happened to me after pumping gas the car didnt want to start, only the battery worked with the engine light on and everything. After a few tries it turned on and as we rode it I am still so anxious its going to turn off suddenly, not only that but what dammage that can do to the car... i wont be coming back here in order to avoid this.

The new man who works here. Bald black man. Is very rude and inconsiderate he does not communicate well I have been up here three separate times and all three of those times he has been on the phone running his mouth not giving a customer service. There are two other ladies that are up here that are normally great and have a great communication whether they have to step away from the register or not. I would like those people back as they run the gas station sufficiently the man who is now working here that drives the red truck that is a bald black man does not know how to do his job and he is very rude and disrespectful. This is from the local community of Saginaw.

The new manager is really not a nice guy. He may act like he is… but insiders know he’s hateful and speaks to women as if we are incompetent. Don’t like going since he’s been there the last few months.

This place is always disgusting, always broken gas pumps. There is never any window washing liquid available it's always bone dry never any napkins. The employees are just playing lazy

I'm a Walmart plus member and the woman at the country refused to help me find the code for the discount so I had to pay full price for gas. This is not customer service. I always go to the Walmart where I can scan the code on the pump and get the discount just needed gas today.

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. The old lady, who worked june 27th 2023 and 4pm was the rudest and craziest person I have ever come across. I just lost my dad and she made my day from bad to worse. I asked her for the price of an item and she started yelling at me telling me this is her store, she sets prices, and there I'd nothing I can do. I just left. I hope she gains some form of humanity in her life. I also hope whoever hired her speaks with her about this as this is the representation of your store.

I will be calling cooperate. The assistant manager, Annette or whatever her name is, has no business at all being an assistant manager, she needs to go back to basics or better yet she needs to be fired. She has no customer service skills, she escalates instead of de-escalates, she has a bad attitude and she is overall a very unpleasant person who clearly hates her job. Every single time I go there it is the same song and dance with her. I go there to get cigarettes for my mother, I have to point out what I want because I don't buy them for myself and every single time she gives me a patronizing attitude for trying to search for the thing that I want instead of telling her what it is. Lady I am a visual person, I have to see it! Today she just crossed the line. I work 40 hours a week, I am a care giver, I am stressed out, and I have had enough. The last thing I need is Annette giving me attitude for pointing to the thing that I'm there for. Tonight she was training some poor kid who is probably not going to be there for very long. She told me not to look for the thing I'm trying to look for, but to look at him, I need to look for the thing that I'm looking for in order to tell him and when I do, here we go again. She gets her attitude going pulls the cigarettes off the shelf and she's like "never mind she's not going to look at you" in this nasty condescending tone. I am exhausted from work, I am stressed out from medical things, the last thing I want to deal with is this ugly attitude. This is not the first time, this is every time. I would rather pay more money to get the gas across the street, I will pay more for less of the patronizing BS. Murphy you need to do something about this.

Horrible service. Unprofessional manager who would not give me her name, wasnt wearing her name tag. Im almost 40 and was not allowed to buy cigarettes. Ive never seen such moronic behavior towards a grown adult, over tobacco. Expired license does not mean your age or identity is expired. During a time when getting to the DPS is almost impossible, adults who pay taxes and have grey hair should not be harrassed over tobacco products. We are treating people horribly over the dumbest things, we should be understanding and use our best judgment. It didnt stop me from buying them, I simply walked up to the first person I saw, and had them buy my cigarettes, I decided to fill my tank (80$ sale they missed out on) at the 7/11. If Murphy's needed an opinion today.. stop giving tax paying grown ups a hard time over tobacco. Its unnecessary and at the end...I still got them anyway. Your harsh ID rules still failed. Use your best judgment and dont be a j*** for no reason.

This Murphy is located on the Walmart perimeter and since I have no idea what gas stations I'm going to find as I drive north, I might as well fill up here. The gas was as inexpensive as any other in the area. The pump area is clean and the receipt printer worked. It is decently covered from the elements and wide/tall enough for larger vehicles. All told, it was OK. [Review 16102 overall - 282 in Texas - 1607 of 2021.]

The blond woman is horrible! Talks about customers to her friends she to busy to get off the phone with. Ask a question and she answers with attitude. Makes you open the cages because she's "not going to go outside". Wow absolute trash person
