They helped me with changing my plan I had. I guess you can not do it online so I went in-store to get help. They were very nice and it was a fairly quick process.

Bad,horrible, disgusting,terrible...store to go deal with a person with negative attitude ,that won't help Poor customers That needed Help,poor communicator...I won't recommend This specific store to no One or Anybody, I have Benn metro PCs for almost 13 years but I'm so Hurt.

This is a terrible company. I have had numerous phone companies in my lifetime but this is by far the worst. Most of the time I can't get online and when I call, they tell me to reset my phone. I have done that so many times I can't remember. I call in at least one time per day and the tech tell me they can't figure out why I can't get online. I go into the store to talk to them about it and the girl behind the counter is always high and smells like marijuana. I would never recommend this phone company to anyone
