Went to buy a new phone and the Metro employee tried to scam me for a $400 JBL Speaker. First said it was a glitch then stated it was a gift from the lease company. Still working to get this off of my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!

Worst Metro PFS store I've been in and suspicious activity they did on my acct. After I left, my PIN and zip code changed in my acct bc the kid working there must have changed it. He kept calling me after a minor change was made to my acct trying to fix the return issue I had. Idk if it was bc he was new or trying to get details of my acct for personal and ID theft reasons. DON'T TRUST THIS STORE

Metro PCS is a terrible company. The internet service never works. I can never hardly get online and when I do it kicks me off within minutes. When I call they tell me to reset my phone. I have done that so many times I can't remember and it never works Metro PCS is a horrible company I would never recommend it to anyone

Hiral was very helpful and spent 3 hours trying to assist my elderly uncle to find a phone that would work for his needs. She was knowledgeable about the products and very customer service oriented. I saw her handle several difficult situations in a calm manner with other customers while she still made time to take care of us.

I had gotten a new phone and wanted to keep my same number and service but didn't know how to take the sim card out. I got immediate assistance the only thing that bothered me and before he was barely finished with me he started addressing another man who came through the door. HE made me feel disrespected He started addressing the man as Sir and treating him with a lot of respect. I had no problem with him addressing the man.I did have problem if he was giving the man preference base on race.I will never go there again. He treated me as though I was not even a human being.

This place needs to be shut down!!! Very bad customer service and they do not represent MetroPcs in a good way very unprofessional and seems to me they like to try to get over on customers DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

First of all. This place should be shut down and should have a 5 negative star reviews. The stupidest lady that works there tried to charge me 66 dollars time's 3. She had the audacity to try to charge me 38 dollars for a sim card and another thirty something to active a phone. Which i knew was a lie because I've been with MetroPCS for a long time. So i went to a MetroPCS in haltom City and low and behold ALL had to pay was 22 dollars for activation fee. But I guess that's what happens when it's not American owned.

My neighbor went into this location for help and she was helped by shaniece. I have been having issues with my phone so I went in for help as well and she went above and beyond to help. I just wanted to say that I've had such bad experiences at metro and this was not the case at all at this location. 5 plus star service

they are lost. dont go here. they tried to charge me for a phone i didnt pick. a couple hundred more. when i said no. i was charged over 40 bucks to reactivate the phone i came in with. chose another store.
