Anna did a great job on my hair. I love it. I went to her when she first opened her shop, she does a fantastic job. Lost touch with her for several years but I will be a return customer. She’s friendly and it’s a great shop.

I ask for brown root retouch since the reat of my hair was brown with some high light and got jet black. My stylist was furious and so am I. now I had to pay for someone to bleach out the black and blend with the rest of the hair. I will never step foot in this place again. Its all about the money to Ann and not what you want. Highly do not recommend unless you want bad experience. I wouldnt even give this joint a star.

I ask for a simple brown on my root and got a jet black, I could have gone back for correction but I might not have any hair left! I will never go back. Big mistake on my part for ever going back. Color blind stylist. I prefer to give no star

I was on Saturday at 2:30. After being informed that the client ahead of me was late I would have to wait. I took your word that my hair would not do the cut I wanted... I was very specific about the color!!! I did NOT want a buttery blonde. I showed you a birth mark steak of white blonde that I wanted to highlight with (in honor of my mother) I also explained that it was my birthday and I wanted it to look great. I requested bangs and you showed me where you were going to cut them..a small amount below my eye brow! I was not happy when leaving. Although I decided to go home and take a closer look. My bangs are past my nose!!! The color IS buttery blonde with only the one streak of blonde I requested. I even considered skipping my own Birthday Party because I was so upset about the hair I paid for and did not get! For the moment, I am simply asking for a refund for the poor quality I received. By your actions it was obvious you were in an extremely big rush disregarding your on time client to catch up on your schedule....In less than 2 minutes ( first time I have experience that) could you have possibly properly completed the color!! Again.. I am requesting a refund to be able to get this corrected by a professional. If you feel like this is not possible, I have further options.

I don’t understand how people can leave Anna a bad review!!! I have gone to her for over 20 yrs and she’s always been professional and cuts hair as good as some of the best out there and for the best price!!!! Shame on anyone that says otherwise!!! You can’t take a picture in of a model and expect to come out looking like that- people are idiots?go to to Supercuts and see what you get there!

I have always gone to Anna’s for my hair cuts and color. She is very reasonable with her prices and does great work. The lady complaining about Anna doing 4 people and a beard for 100. Dollars was so cheap. If you go anywhere for a haircut it’s 50.00 dollars plus tip. Try any other salon and you will see how much you will be charged. If she is pulling your hair let her know. Anna is not a magician she is a beautician and the pictures we show her are models.

She was surprised when my family showed up for our appointment. Apparently, she doesn't actually write anything down and just tells people to come in at random times. Tried accusing me of calling a different salon. We attempted to leave, but she promised she'd be available quickly. My son's haircut turned out ok. She didn't shampoo, style, or use any products in mine or my daughter's hair. She was in such a rush because she was overbooked. She pulled my hair so badly trying to be quick that my scalp hurt the rest of the day, and the cut looks nothing like the picture I brought in. I was so distraught from her roughness I really didn't care and just wanted to leave. Only once have I ever had such a terrible salon experience. She doesn't have AC at an appropriate temperature either, so we all sat there sweating. Ended up getting charged $100 for a family of 4, 4 haircuts and one beard trim. Supercuts cuts for twice the price and honesty I've had better cuts at Supercuts. I will not be returning.

I seldom visit hair salons because I dislike explaining my desired hairstyle only to end up with something different. However, I recently decided to give it a chance, and it turned out to be a worthwhile experience! Despite my initial hesitation since the owner was the only one available, I was pleasantly surprised. She possessed exceptional skills, worked quickly, and paid great attention to detail!! Go get that haircut !
