The staff is more interested in gossip rather than the comfort of the client...cell calls take priority...very impersonal. Perm results were nothing more or less than expected. I will be looking elsewhere for future service.

I went to Dorothy for a cut, highlights and lowlights for the first time about two weeks ago. I was a little nervous because it was my first time with her and I am verrry picky about my hair. However, I'm pleased to say that she was excellent! She has been doing hair for well over 30 years and really knows her stuff. She really listens and have me exactly what I wanted and my boyfriend loved it:) plus the prices are reasonable and affordable--- for a partial highlight, lowlight and trim on my shoulder length hair, I paid $85 (plus tip of course). I'll definitely go back!
