They are literally horrible my granddaughter has autism and this would have been her first haircut so I didn’t know how she would act because she is sensitive to touch and I explained that to them that I didn’t know if she would scream or cry if they could be patient with her and they refused service for her I couldn’t believe that they did that I took her to a different place and they was so nice and my girl did awesome the lady made her feel comfortable and she didn’t cry or anything I would definitely not recommend this great clips

Don’t cut with the old lady there. She is terrible at handling the trimmer.

I cannot believe the sheer number of not only bad, but horrible reviews for this place. It's hard to figure out how they are still in business.
My son's experience was not any better. His hair was not faded; it was chopped in areas and his neckline was was not even straight.
Thankfully a far more talented stylist was directed to help fix the mess free of charge and she did do a very good job, especially considering what she was left working with.
Sadly, as I cannot remember her name and I'm seeing so many, many other bad reviews, I know I won't be going back to risk another shoddy haircut.

The hairstylist made us wait for 45 minutes and said that she can’t do the haircut because it’s already 6 o’clock in the evening and she never let us know before that. she was so arrogant so rude and she took out all the frustration on us. would never step in that store again. she let know the customers who walked in, but she made us wait for 45 minutes and declined our service. we checked in through the app.

Soon as I walked in i was addressed the stylist that took care of me did great job and had great ideas to make the cuts better
We as customers should give these stylists props and more thanks to what they do

This is very scary!! You hope to get someone that can at least do a decent job with a basic haircut for my boys and this is what we got. One of my sons was almost bleeding from the back of his two ears!!! How is this even allowed!! It took me a while to realize how bad these haircuts were. This is unacceptable!!

these idiots made me bald like hire someone else like they are the worst if there was a 0 i would rate it a zero and yes this place deserves 0 stars not 2 so im never coming again to these idiots that cut your hair bald and run to the breakroom to run away so these dummies are the worst and of couse no manners and these 2 idiots was there and this lady that cut my hair had orange hair so be on the lookout if you come there!!!!!!!!!!
