I love goodwills and in all the goodwill in tx this was probably least favorite. Kids didn't like it too much either surprisingly. Overpriced and the color of the week items were scarce...by overpriced I mean for something used...they price it same price as store or few cents cheaper I should have took piks for proof

It's ok but certain items that they slap a label of $6 should really be $2. And the ultimate slap in the face to customers is a fold up camping chair that cost $6 brand new at Ross has a Goodwill price tag for an extra .50¢ and this is not the first time I've seen items with cheaper prices being jacked up by Goodwill.

I got accused of stealing from this one as well. And I am a loyal customer to every and all goodwill stores. They give me the look at almost every goodwill store I go to. Because I'm sure I've been broadcasted amongst them all. They talk to me differently and I buy my things each time I visit. I don't let it stope I just take the abuse because I love to shop. And they aren't getting rid of me for NO reason, that easily.

The manager at this store must be 13 & not understand loss prevention. There are always piles of clothes in the dressing rooms with the tags ripped off. I went in recently & there were 3 young employees standing around yacking, not putting up the clothes or going through the racks, making sure everything was in order. Just standing there while ppl were stealing clothes right in front of their faces! All you have to do is assign them to monitor the dressing rooms & clean them out on a constant basis, so customers won't think they can steal! Good grief! It's not that hard!

Best Goodwill I’ve been to by far every time I’m there donating those guys are hard at work and very well mannered. Also those cashiers are very friendly too I never have trouble shopping here

Worst goodwill ever !!! Will not ever return!!! I was ignored by all employees whenever I asked a question I was told “ I have no clue “. Like what ??? Then why are you even working there ?!!! Very unprofessional employees and rude !!!! All employees were ignoring me , rolling their eyes. I couldn’t even go into the fitting room because they ignored me. Very quiet inside to no music or announcements made about store closing like usual. Worst one to go to!!!!! Avoid this location!!! Waste of my time !!!!
