I got accused of stealing from this one as well. And I am a loyal customer to every and all goodwill stores. They give me the look at almost every goodwill store I go to. Because I'm sure I've been broadcasted amongst them all. They talk to me differently and I buy my things each time I visit. I don't let it stope I just take the abuse because I love to shop. And they aren't getting rid of me for NO reason, that easily.

The manager at this store must be 13 & not understand loss prevention. There are always piles of clothes in the dressing rooms with the tags ripped off. I went in recently & there were 3 young employees standing around yacking, not putting up the clothes or going through the racks, making sure everything was in order. Just standing there while ppl were stealing clothes right in front of their faces! All you have to do is assign them to monitor the dressing rooms & clean them out on a constant basis, so customers won't think they can steal! Good grief! It's not that hard!

Best Goodwill I’ve been to by far every time I’m there donating those guys are hard at work and very well mannered. Also those cashiers are very friendly too I never have trouble shopping here

Worst goodwill ever !!! Will not ever return!!! I was ignored by all employees whenever I asked a question I was told “ I have no clue “. Like what ??? Then why are you even working there ?!!! Very unprofessional employees and rude !!!! All employees were ignoring me , rolling their eyes. I couldn’t even go into the fitting room because they ignored me. Very quiet inside to no music or announcements made about store closing like usual. Worst one to go to!!!!! Avoid this location!!! Waste of my time !!!!

Smells like dirty clothes. May need baking soda. No stuff on shelves. Dishes, decorations, etc.

I have been visiting this store for 7 years every time I go shopping, but today I had an unpleasant experience, the cashier, a lady with short hair, treated me very badly, quite racist, and threw my purchases at me ☹️☹️

I've been shopping in this store for about 2 years, it's like everything else, there are days when I can't find anything I like, but there are days when I find many very good things and at a good price, the only thing I dislike about this place is a cashier, a slightly older lady. She has short, straight hair, she has a very bad character and is quite racist. I don't speak English very well and she behaves quite obnoxious and there have been occasions when she has made fun of me or told me wrong numbers when I am going to pay. I know that She does it to confuse me, she seems to enjoy it a lot. I didn't want to complain, but seeing that she behaves like that with Hispanic people, they should leave her working behind. The other cashiers are always very friendly and always say hello. However, this one doesn't even give a greeting...I hope her manager can see this comment and do something about it!!!
