What's with this location? Yesterday there was a sign on the door that read, " Be back in 10 minutes." so we waited a half hour for them to reopen in the middle of the day. Today, 3 weeks till Christmas and the store is still closed at 1pm on a Monday. This is not uncommon for this location to be closed, close early, open late or not at all. We had to take our money to Walmart and purchase a few games there instead. Gamestop you are cutting your own throat. Forwarded our concerns to corporate as there are still some good locations out there.

I had been to a different store yesterday looking for a ps4 controller. Got one that had been refurbished and went home with it, but it turns out that the right trigger had a major issue. It would sporadically fire for a few seconds at a time, be fine for half a second, and then start sporadically triggering again. Luckily Alex was there to diagnose the problem and help set me up with a controller that actually worked. 10/10 will definitely come back for Alex and his knowledge and help again.

Don't be afraid to talk shop GameStop workers have the knowledge so chop it up. It was a cool place I liked the conversion. For sure this my spot.

The store itself is fine, but the way management handles preorders is disappointing. After 2 different preorders over the course of 5 months, I can say I will never do pre-orders at this location again.For the first, they didn't even have the game until 3 days later, despite the Walmart in the same parking lot having the copy on launch day.For the second, they made a weird system to prioritize who got it first which is way different from what I was told when I pre-ordered (which was that it was first come first served). However, they didn't even tell me about this system, even when I called to ask when they would have the game earlier that same day. So, I got in line to get my game and they looked at me like I was stupid for not having gone through their system until I explained that no one told me (and of course it's not online). Heck, if I didn't call, I wouldn't even have known the game came early. The manager told me he would have personally called had he known. However, he didn't call - no one did.No matter how you slice it, management here does not know how to handle pre-orders, which is the primary reason I used GameStop over Amazon or other competitors. Despite living minutes away, I will not use this GameStop for future pre-orders.
