I have been banking at this place for 5 years, and it is really gone downhill. Always a long wait and most of the staff seems less than competent. If you can find another bank with similar hours I would recommend going there first, currently looking at other banks myself.

This location has great customer service, however, I will not be banking with this company again. I put money in my account before the cut off so ensure it would be deposited the same day. However, it didn't hit my bank until days later, making the payments I made late and I received two overdraft charges. The customer service on the phone would only remove one fee, even though this was their mistake and I had done everything according to their rules.

Going to be closing. Because it’s not convenient at all. Minus the fact they charge you 12 a month if you don’t swipe your card 8 times a month. The login with the app messes up often. This is not the first time I put in my correct login information and it keep declining me then locks my account to go to customer service to get new login information, I’ve been banking here for a long time and now I don’t have any more tolerance

Refused to change out smaller bills just received from the Walmart checkout stand within eyesight of the tellers, because I don’t regularly bank with them. There’s a reason I do not bank with you - and you reinforced that reason by being unwillingly to provide a small service and provide a larger quantity bill for a graduation card. My stepdaughter banks here and they refused to let me deposit funds in her account while she was away at school; because I’m not the actual customer. Well now you know why I never will be, along with anyone else I can prevent from placing their $ with you.

They are holding my disability check hostage with prepaid card I recieved it on the 28th and it's not going to be deposited til the 3rd... I was promised nothing would change.. Lies all lies... DONT USE THIS BANK

I took a check to this location last night asked them if I opened a new account could they make the funds available right away because I am having cancer surgery first thing tomorrow morning. I was told by William Edwards a Branch Supervisor they would make part available then and he would call Wells Fargo the next morning verify the check and release the rest then. That has not happened. I spoke to William twice, Daniel Pelaez the Branch Manager twice, Customer Service three times who sent an email to District Manager Sheila Walker who did not call as requested. I was also told Mercedes another Branch Supervisor would call me in precisely 15 minutes. What I got was not Mercedes but William accusing me of knowing what I was getting into. Nothing has been done. These people took advantage of a woman in medical crisis. Just because they covered themselves by printing normal procedure and handing it to me does not mean they did not assure me they could get the funds released. On the eve of life threatening surgery this is not what I should be dealing with. They admitted they talked to Wells Fargo and was told the funds are available. Now they are telling me they told me the check had to clear before they would release the funds which could take days. I cannot give them a rating low enough for what they have done to me. What kind of people lie to a person about to go into surgery to determine life or death? What kind of people leave someone needing their help even worse off? Don’t open an account here. If you have an account close it immediately. This bank does not deserve any of our business. Now I have to go into surgery tomorrow knowing my family will not be taken care of as I had planned.

I've been with this bank for about 8 years now, don't ask me why! Very rude and don't want to help at all! If you have any questions....they treat you like you are the idiot! If it wasn't such a hassle to change banks, I would have been gone years ago! Worst bank EVER!

I want to start by saying that I have had zero issues with my local branch until tonight. The tellers are amazing and working hard to get all the customers helped before closing the branch. Now to my issue! As I stand in a line roughly 20 or more people feel the manager sits in her office. She makes eye contact with us multiple times yet never makes an effort of any kind to come out of her office and help the two tellers who are swamped. It makes me sick to see a person in authority abuse said authority like she did. She should have been out front working as hard if not harder to help the long line of customers. I want to restate that I have had no prior issues with the bank as a whole or with this branch. It just made me sick to see a manager projecting that image and showing her extreme lack of work ethic.
