Two days ago I got pain pills due to me having stitches in my hand. Today o got a call saying it wasn’t wrong up properly and they gave me 10 too many. They want me bring both my meds back up there. I told them no. I took my meds and not driving anywhere. Maybe tomorrow. They called back less than 2 mins later and wanted me to get out of bed to count the pills. I told her no I’m in bed and not doing it.
I told my daughter and she called back up there and told them I am in pain and not to call again about their mistakes. The lady at CVS then threatened to report it. First , report what? That they messed up and have me too many? I never finish pain pills anyway. Don’t make it out that I’m a drug addict or something. You want to inconvenience me because y’all messed up. And what are you going to do, resell them??♀️. Do better CVS. But this is so unprofessional on so many levels.

Pharmacy lied to both me and my doctors office about my medication. Please go to any other pharmacy in the area besides here.

The pharmacy technician working tonight, has a nasty attitude. My son needed insulin and her response to me when I asked about transferring it to Walmart was "Well how do you know we don't have it?!" I stated "l was on the phone a few minutes ago and a tech there was trying to help me, but there is none available within a 25 mile radius. He suggested transferring to Walmart after confirming that they have some available. She then stated "Well they can transfer it!" Instead of saying what I really wanted, I simply hung up.She's probably the reason the reviews are so low! Do better.

Went to go get a prescription for me and my father, lady at the counter quickly got my information and rushed off then rang everything up before I had a chance to bring up the second prescription and threw an attitude when I asked for my fathers prescription.

Manger Phillip I believe he’s new or gotta be at lest my guy was 100% positive that my mothers name isn’t in the system when I repeated and spelled her name more then 3 times we have been at this cvs for a long time and never had a problem untill Phillip he kept his cool tho but plz train the managers right man just annoying when ur their for 20 min at a window trying to convince the guy that its wrong i even showed him my confirmation email he said to call them like what hahah bro y’all are THEM finally got it when i went in and talked to someone else but when i asked him can I talk to someone else he said no ??♂️

Made an appointment at the minute clinic for 2:20 and check in was at 2:10 and got there to check in and waited 30 min for nothing. The lady next to me had been waiting for 2:00 appointment. Total waste of time.

I use Saginaw Care pharmacy, but my insurance made me use CVS in order to get a 90 day supply. I had to wait in line for over 25 minutes when I got to the window, they actually shut down because they have a lunch hour from 130 -2:00. They are a huge company, how can they have a lunch hour during most peoples lunch hour when they pick up their Rx??? Don’t they rotate the 3 staff members? The person who waited on me, was certainly not over the top friendly by any means, but the worst part was going through the drive-through. There is a metal box, and it has been hit several times by cars because it is beat up. It is right in the line of the drive-through so when I left the window, I drove right through the sharp metal and it left a deep scratch on my mirror! I had to call corporate because the store manager Amy told me there’s nothing she could do. Corporate really needs to take a look at a lot of things involving the Pharmacy.

If I could give zero stars I would. Pharmacist decides not to show up and you can't operate the pharmacy? Manager can't do anything but send you to the 1800#. People depend on the operation of the pharmacy to fill vital prescriptions. Prescriptions are just held hostage until the pharmacist decides to show up?! Do better...
